Orient Electric has the worst customer service ever possible.
I purchased an aeroslim fan on raised installation request on 3rd April 2022, when the technician came he said that the motor is faulty, I bought a replacement of the fan immediately but to my surprise, even that was defective as its motor was making sound, therefore my complaint/request was not completed, I placed a request for new fan from the shop and found out that my complaint had already been closed without my knowledge and without me giving the satisfaction code. They asked me to raise the complaint again on 7th April 2022 and said that they would look into the matter and get it installed the next day, but I still didn't get any response from anyone and when I contacted them again on 8th April, they are asking me to wait for some more time again to get it installed.

Highly unprofessional behavior, I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from orient electric, in fact, would urge them to go for some other company.

    I have purchased Orient Auctor fan on 15-June-2021 from Amazon at Rs 4869 and after that my fan stopped working in 3 months only and after that they first refused to refund and give service then after that when we complain Amazon then after 2 months they give us new fan in winter in November then after that we checked it is working but when no when summer comes on March 2022 we turn it on but only in 5 minutes it turned of then we complained on 5 March 2022 and the boy comes after 9 days on 11March and took away my fan to check and service it but after that we called it they first started Talking very badly and after again and again complain they say that delivery boy cannot contact with you and we will reregister and after 2 days they will initiate call back but no call back come and till now no problem solved pls give me compensation and pls refund our money as they take 2 months to give new fan and very bad service. Pls help us . They a re cheating with us

        My Ceiling Fan is not working and I filed the complaint it's been more than 2 weeks and still, no service provided. Contact person from orient is not behaving professionally. Saying instruments & required equipment are not available, I am not sure how much time it will take. Contact on Orient.
        No Satisfactory response.

            Dear team orient,
            I had one geyser which invoice copy is attached in this mail. The geyser found unworkable from last month. And your service engineer came and uninstall the geyser. From last one month he did not replace/repair anything or not even returned my geyser. Now he is demanding service change in advance.
            Is this type of service you served to your costumer.?

            Is he miss use our product or sell anywhere?

            Why he is now asking to talk with company after he took my geyser since last month?

                This is to bring to your kind attention that we have a spectra fan and we need to change the blades for the same fan .We registered the request and call came from the service center and we agreed to the mount to be paid for the fan blades but the Mr Kailash Sharma area IN charge made the unethical demand that he wants service charges in advance i mean before providing the service .We request you to take the serious action against the service center IN charge who are not interested and handover to those who take care for orient customers .Please resolve the issue at the earliest .

                    We bought geyser 2 months ago only. but it's started dripping water from the below pipes.we made a call to toll free and they said that tank is the problem, we will come and change it.but they didn't come yet. it's been ten days. it's sooo irritating about your delay

                          Very worst experience faced with orient. Since nobody is responding calls from 1 week. Manager aswell as technician also not responding calls. Very worst and bad management. No hope having on orient service. Lost my complete patience. Please don't provide this kind of service to everyone.

                            I have purchased an electric geyser 3 L, Instant Water Geyser (Aquapro IWAP03VPSM3) through Flipkart on 6th Nov'2020. From past 4 months geyser is not working properly. Technicians do visit time and again to fix the issue however the problem is still reoccurring.
                            At first visit, Geyser was not switching on, Technician replaced the heating element as it was under warranty which fixed the issue though green indicator stopped working at which I was told that it is not covered under warranty and needs to be purchased from a local store, i was then replaced on another visit when I bought the same.
                            After few weeks, again geyser stopped working and wasn't switching on at all, Technician visited and stated that auto cut wasn't working due to which geyser wasn't functioning, it worked for a week and now I am facing the same issue, 'Geyser is not switching on', this time technician stated that there is an issue again with the heating element as a result he replaced the same, upon replacing the element even geyser is not working so at last he said this might be an issue with the thermostat which needs to be replaced. Now the technician is on hunt for another replacement for thermostat. Winters are heading towards end now and the problem is getting worsened day by day with no proper fix.
                            My only concern is, are the technicians not knowledgeable enough to understand the issue and help customers rather making excuses with the product. Upon going through my situation described above, this is extremely unprofessional attitude of the Technicians/Customer Care where only complains can be logged however solution is not provided which results in customer dissatisfaction. Product has stopped working, indicators are to be replaced within an year o[censored]sage than one can clearly expect these issues in future too when warranty wouldn't be there.

                            Please do understand the issue/requirement and replace the geyser as I can not log complains every week or another to have it repaired, this is clearly yours and customer waste of time else I can expect the money to be refunded so that I can go for a better option this time.                                   Its unfortunate to write this mail for a Product Replacement. But I lost my patience with back to back calls with Orient customer care and raising compliant to 'check '_heater' is not working!!

                                  I purchased couple of 3ltr Water heater on Jan 2021 and within 6 months heater coils are damaged and technician replaced the parts. After replacement again it got damaged and some other spare within the heater was replaced. And its happening ongoingly which is not a right sign of product quality. Even today (05/2/2022) I raised a call :C[protected] and technician did a minor repair on heater.

                                  I made more than 6+ calls to Orient customer care please check my all complaints raised through Mobile number: +91 [protected].

                                  Eventually I request you to arrange a product replacement since its not working good and at any point in time it will go to 'dead-condition' that's a message from a technician who checked recently.

                                    I have purchased a FAN HEATER model HC2003D as above from M/S T.D. Electrical ; B-9/20 (CA) Kalyani 741235 Nadia WB on 21.12.2021 by paying Rs.2600/-
                                    It is not working since I purchased it as the machine is not heating properly. I made complain to your customer care and Service Engineer, Mr Ranadev Basu visited my house about 10 days back and after almost 3 hours of trying he told me that the motor need to be replaced.
                                    Yesterday another Service Engineer, Mr Prasanta Pal visited my house and replaced the motor and tried for another 3 hours but unable to resolve the problem. The machine is not working properly and the problem remains same.
                                    Today I have talked to your customer care executive 3 to 4 times and for more than 30 minutes but I am not satisfied with their suggestions.
                                    I don't want a faulty equipment. The equipment is not at all working properly.
                                    I don't allow any Service Engineer to repair the same in my premises in this Pandemic Situation.
                                    I request you to give me an equipment that heat my room properly.
                                    Winter is almost over so change the equipment immediately.
                                    I will be happy if you ask the seller M/S T.D. Electricals to refund my money
                                    (Rs. 2600/-) immediately after I return the Junk equipment to the seller.

                                        It is the worst fan ever. It make alot of noise that a person cannot sleep properly. I compare this fan to a normal rs500 fan. Most misbehaved staff is working with orient company. The staff dont give a ### of there CUSTOMERs. Wasted my money on this fan. Not at all trust worthy.
