Complaint marked as Resolved My complaint has not been resolved. As I mentioned earlier the fan sound is unbearable .
I have not received any email or phone call from the company that my complaint has been resolved.
I have made three complaints on 10/08/21, 14/08/21 and 28/08/21 on the Aeroquiet Fan, whose request numbers provided by company are C21081000805/C21081400346/C21082800492. There is no response from the company,

Updated by pothukuchi Mr.Yuvaraj, Orient Fans Technician Hyderabad collected the Aeroquiet 1200 MM fan base from my residence on 20/08/2021 based on my complaint reference no C[protected] dated 14/08/2021.
He (Mr.Yuvaraj) told me that the fan base will be sent to his workshop for inspection and the inspection/repair will be done by 23/08/2021. He promised me he will fix the fan by 24.08/2021.
Till this date, no communication from him and we are waiting to get the fan base back.
I am appalled that a Orient Electric, a reputed company is employing people who have no concern for customer delight. I fail to understand that a major city like Hyderabad is having only one technician to attend complaints. It is very strange!
Request the concerned to update me the status on fan base collected from my residence.
