I have purchased an electric geyser 3 L, Instant Water Geyser (Aquapro IWAP03VPSM3) through Flipkart on 6th Nov'2020. From past 4 months geyser is not working properly. Technicians do visit time and again to fix the issue however the problem is still reoccurring.
At first visit, Geyser was not switching on, Technician replaced the heating element as it was under warranty which fixed the issue though green indicator stopped working at which I was told that it is not covered under warranty and needs to be purchased from a local store, i was then replaced on another visit when I bought the same.
After few weeks, again geyser stopped working and wasn't switching on at all, Technician visited and stated that auto cut wasn't working due to which geyser wasn't functioning, it worked for a week and now I am facing the same issue, 'Geyser is not switching on', this time technician stated that there is an issue again with the heating element as a result he replaced the same, upon replacing the element even geyser is not working so at last he said this might be an issue with the thermostat which needs to be replaced. Now the technician is on hunt for another replacement for thermostat. Winters are heading towards end now and the problem is getting worsened day by day with no proper fix.
My only concern is, are the technicians not knowledgeable enough to understand the issue and help customers rather making excuses with the product. Upon going through my situation described above, this is extremely unprofessional attitude of the Technicians/Customer Care where only complains can be logged however solution is not provided which results in customer dissatisfaction. Product has stopped working, indicators are to be replaced within an year o[censored]sage than one can clearly expect these issues in future too when warranty wouldn't be there.

Please do understand the issue/requirement and replace the geyser as I can not log complains every week or another to have it repaired, this is clearly yours and customer waste of time else I can expect the money to be refunded so that I can go for a better option this time. Technician has visited and checked and again its getting trip and not working properly. Tried to reach him multiple times and getting no response. Kindly check and get it resolved by today ASAP.

I was complain on date 27-01-22 and 3-2-22 as the complain number C[protected] & C[protected] respectively for orient geezure 25 liter where tank is leakage and water heating problem but there is no shutout my problem by orient service center and no one is taking responsibility for this.

Dear Team,

Its unfortunate to write this mail for a Product Replacement. But I lost my patience with back to back calls with Orient customer care and raising compliant to 'check '_heater' is not working!!

I purchased couple of 3ltr Water heater on Jan 2021 and within 6 months heater coils are damaged and technician replaced the parts. After replacement again it got damaged and some other spare within the heater was replaced. And its happening ongoingly which is not a right sign of product quality. Even today (05/2/2022) I raised a call :C[protected] and technician did a minor repair on heater.

I made more than 6+ calls to Orient customer care please check my all complaints raised through Mobile number: +91 [protected].

Eventually I request you to arrange a product replacement since its not working good and at any point in time it will go to 'dead-condition' that's a message from a technician who checked recently.

I have purchased a FAN HEATER model HC2003D as above from M/S T.D. Electrical ; B-9/20 (CA) Kalyani 741235 Nadia WB on 21.12.2021 by paying Rs.2600/-
It is not working since I purchased it as the machine is not heating properly. I made complain to your customer care and Service Engineer, Mr Ranadev Basu visited my house about 10 days back and after almost 3 hours of trying he told me that the motor need to be replaced.
Yesterday another Service Engineer, Mr Prasanta Pal visited my house and replaced the motor and tried for another 3 hours but unable to resolve the problem. The machine is not working properly and the problem remains same.
Today I have talked to your customer care executive 3 to 4 times and for more than 30 minutes but I am not satisfied with their suggestions.
I don't want a faulty equipment. The equipment is not at all working properly.
I don't allow any Service Engineer to repair the same in my premises in this Pandemic Situation.
I request you to give me an equipment that heat my room properly.
Winter is almost over so change the equipment immediately.
I will be happy if you ask the seller M/S T.D. Electricals to refund my money
(Rs. 2600/-) immediately after I return the Junk equipment to the seller.

It is the worst fan ever. It make alot of noise that a person cannot sleep properly. I compare this fan to a normal rs500 fan. Most misbehaved staff is working with orient company. The staff dont give a ### of there CUSTOMERs. Wasted my money on this fan. Not at all trust worthy.

Room heater not working. Already registered my complain on 5/12/21 but did not get any service from company side. Nor any technician visited to attend the Appliance

Hi my name is rahul chaple i bought a orient ceiling fan rapid air sp on 25 of nov 2021 and day 1 i see problem in my fan and complaint register from coustomer care after 2 days the technician comes and he not done any work also he tell me you buy a capacitor and fit in fan, i want ask why give you warranty for this type technicians very bad experience with orient ceiling fan.

Our Ceiling Fan is in Under Warranty period but we lost our warranty card. Now we have only Bill and now our fan Making to much Noise and Now we need Service...🙏

I bought 4 Orient Apex ceiling fans in 2019. After one year, one fan stopped spinning. Called Orient and they fixed it free of cost as the warranty is 2 years. Then after a few months, another fan stopped spinning and they repaired it free of cost. Now, after 2 years and 5 months the third one has stopped spinning. Warranty expired so I'll have to pay for the repairs. Please don't buy any products from this company. How can Orient be so so horrible! The warranty on their useless and cheap products should be 10 years honestly! Now its just a matter of time the fourth fan will stop working. Horrible experience!!

1month ago a complaint was launched for repairing of 3fan in warranty no response from your service center .they say that model is no more in existing so parts is not available but product is in warranty so if parts is not available then please change the product

I purchased orient electric water geyser in 17.10.2020.now it not working so I called customer care they send one person he came and see the geyser after he said tank leakage so want to change the tank so I have warranty card so he said there is no stock in tank so it comes after one week after I ll come and solve this problems.so we r waiting after one week I make call to tat person he said tank ll come I ll come today like tat but we r waiting last 10 days he not come daily I make the call but he say surely I ll come but he not come very poor response so please consider my complaint clear my problems

I have requested for service for my orient subaris solo fan which is 2 year old, the technician came and replaced bearing and motor and charged 2700, on next day it started making heavy noise, the technician came again and instead of fixing the noise problem he broke the fans light dome/cover. Now no one picking the call and raised few service requests bit mo response yet. It's really pathetic to see the fan not working and light in ugly shape.

June but it makes some noise but ur servic correspondents did not get it and it still makes a noise .Whenever they came we show them video of noise but they tell us now it should be in our presence .Now tell me what I have to do leave it to carry on same as it is and consider that this was my fault to buy ur product

I have complained many times in Orient costumer care service... Very bad experience... They assure me that i will get a call back from senior executives but i didn't get any call nor even a single mail from that end... Are u trying to fool your costumers... my first complain was on 29 of july... And today is 23 aug... And during this time period i have complained many times...when will my product be replaced?? I want my replacement of dry iron.. i have Already mailed my bill and address. My experience with Orient electric is horrible... I just want my replacement

I had recently purchased 7nos I-float model fans, in which 4 fans were running faulty. After giving 3 complaints to customer care, the service guy comes and applies glue bond and fixes the fans which I have purchased for ₹6000 each. And still there is noise from the blades. Very highly disappointed with the service, is this how a customer has to suffer getting a high end model fan? I could rather get an basic fan and there’s no noise in it. Never recommending anyone to go with this brand. Such an cheating.

I have called your customer care division on this 14th August and assigned the above-mentioned reference C[protected]. My call was regarding the Orient AeroQuiet fan 1200mm 'bearing number[protected] mentioned near the QR code. I purchased this fan on 10 /10/ 2020 (Bill No 4111) from M/s Arun Electricals & Home Appliances, Arul Colony ECIL Post, Hyderabad-62.

I understand that these fans are fitted with BLDC motor are different from conventional ceiling fans and operate more efficiently than normal ceiling fans. My expectation was that the fans do not make noise while "on" at least in normal speeds and opted for this model.

i am very much disappointed with this fan as it is no different from any normal fan, the difference is seen only in blade design.

I have made complaint earlier on the same issue (Ref C[protected]) on 10/08/2021 and it was attended by your technician who dismantled the fan and fixed it back, i have not noticed him doing any rectification. In the process he has left out 2 metal flat washers while fixing he fan back in its place. When I reminded him about them, his reply was that they are not needed! Since then, the fan is making more noise and is worse than before. It is becoming difficult for us to have a good sleep since the fan is in our bedroom.

I am surprised that till this date ie 17/08, no technician has called me up to attend my complaint.

Is there any chance of getting the fan replaced with a new one ? as it is still under the warranty period.
