I have purchased a new fan named orient spectra with led lights on 26.03.2016 from new gupta electric co. Sector 18-d, chandigarh and got installed after few days. After running appx. 2 hours, the fan and light was stopped. As written on fan box, i registered the complaint on free toll no. And complaint no. Is c[protected] dated 4th april, 2016. The complaint was attended by two officials and advised that they will attend the same after one/two days with replacement of card for running of led light and meanwhile run fan direct without remote. After this service, i received a message that complaint no. C[protected] has been attended and hope service provided was to your satisfaction.
Now further 5 days have been passed and there is no word from the officials, who attended the complaint. I have purchased this fan after watching advertisement on tv, so many times. The co. Should attend the same on priority.

I purchased orient spectra fan cost about 6, 500 from ..SR. Krishna..Electricals.Troop Bazar, Hyderabad..but the remote failed within 1 month..and the contact with remote and fan failed..there is no purpose of buying a remote fan..I called toll free..technician came and asking for 1250 RS for change of Plc in fan and 100 Rsfor visiting charges..I will get good fan within that range..I wasted my money..friends don't buy this model it is a ### fan with lot of problems..it is utter failure model..
