Orient Electric India — non delivery of products and taken advance amount | |
This complaint pertains to Udaipur Rajastahn regarding non Delivered of product (Electric Fan) even i have already remitted all amount. I have placed my order through www.orientelectriceshop.com wide my order no. [protected] dated 06.03.2019 and made payment same day. received message that my product will be delivered on 18.03.2019. it was not delivered till date and when i am making call on their infibeam customer care no. [protected]. they are telling that they are not able to tell the status of delivery. 7-8 times i called on this no and there are only two person Mr. Ronak and Mr. Bharat they put my call on long hold and ending they said they are not able to see the status it is absolutely atrocious & no body is ready to listen. I think i have done a mistake and that will not delivered to me. I lost my money through advance payment. it is worst experience of my life in online purchasing is there any option available apart of Consumer court as i don't want to waste my time.
