Orient Electric India — non functioning of new airtek cooler

I have bought a new orient airtek cooler from vijay sales preet vihar on 30th april. It was delievered on 1st may. Since then its pump is not working. I have complained about this to vijay sales but they said it is orient company's issue. I called them, they registered my complaint but since then no service techichian has visited. I call them daily they said technician will visit today but no technician ever visited. I want refund of my money because they provided me a defective piece and even they are not bothered about service.

I have taken a ceiling fan before 9 months. Now it is giving problem. Speed no.1 2 3 are working by remote control but 4 and 5 speed is not working. All others switch in remote control like power and timer are working well but only 4&5 speed button does not work and neither LED light is glowing but in remote it glows.

I have lodged a complaint about sounds in 3 of my Ceiling Fans (Areta) which i bought 3 months ago. I called up customer care and they gave me Abhishek Gupta no. [protected]. Abhishek Gupta told me he will send someone regarding my complaint. But still nothing has happend. I called twice but no reply yet
