Hello, my name is krishna kumar nigam. I complained twice on 12 april for the new fan that their is a problem in your fan product, it stop working after ten min we call the service thrice they said the service will reach your home before 48 hr but their was no responce from the service centre. They will not attend our call. There is a time of above 50 hrs. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have purchasedorient wall 14 H/S wall mountfan 300 mm from P.D.sons jayendra ganj lashkar gwalior vide invoice No.039 dated 25.9.2018. The lead which revolves the fan is not working only the lead which controls fan seed is working.please get it checked and repaired.
