    Previously i complain for cash deposite in obcs atm on 18.03.2020 garia station road atm. I meet with branch manajer garia station road branch & he take all the matter casually & don't take any complain for dispute cash deposite transaction on his branch atm. Till now no action taken from oriental bank of commerce side & i am very helpless. From that day to till now no money deposited to my savings account. Now i think whole money was lost & i don't understand where i can go for rescue my own money which was cheated by someone.
    As such i further write this letter to this website if anybody help me then i am very greatful to him/her.

      I am somnath sarkhel the s. B. Account holder of oriental bank of commerce lake gardens branch. On 18th march 2020 around 6:25 pm i deposite cash to my savings account in garia station road atm branch. It is obc is own atm. The total cash putted in atm machine & after that the machine was locked, after sometime a massage shown transaction timed out. On 19 th march 2020 around 10.00 am i meet with obcs branch manger of garia station road & brief all the matter to him. He take the matter casually & told me he was unable to take any complain regarding my problem. After that i go to obcs lake gardens branch & filled up a chargeback form for give my money to my savings account. But till now no cash is transfered to my savings account. Now when our time is very crucial i am very much suffered for my money & i am so helpless for obcs branch mangers speech & i am very much worried whether i can get my noney or not.
      So i do request you that please take the matter seriously & give my money to my account & take necessary action to branch manger of obcs garia station road branch the i am very greatful to you.

I also try to connect with your customers service agengt but the don't have any resolution also they don't talk prperply. Please revert me with resolution. I appreciate ur afforts.             I am from Baruipur, recently faced very bad behaviour from Baruipur branch Manager, he shows huge huge rule and regulations every work, I missed a emergency work for this nonsense person, Please do something, otherwise your customers of this branch will be zero

                Dear Sir,
                This is to bring to your notice that A Duplicate passbook is issued for my bank account for which I have never asked.On Complain with branch senior manager Mr. Rakesh Kumar, he misbehaved with me and asked to file case against bank, also not provided any application where I have asked for duplicate passbook, further he suggested me to close the bank account to secure privacy.This is a direct case of privacy breach and fraud.
                I request you to take strict action against the bank manager and the branch, Also help me to get that application on which branch has issued Duplicate application.

                  Sir, my self shourabh shukla i am a account holder of your bank. My account no. [protected]. I had applied for debit card on 18/11/2019. But your side didn't get any card to me. After 3 months i went again visited the bank bring the same issue then they are suggesting me 'mailing' process. When i use this process but he didn't work. Today i m also going to bank with same issue then they are suggesting same 'mailing' process

                      Obc bank employee of pundri branch of loan department
                      Decline my request to enhansment of my loan of 50000-/ to 100000-/
                      Now old loan pending only 10%
                      And i need some money for invest in work.
                      The bank officer decline my request.
                      Now i agree for that you can morgadge my agri land and make my cc limit of 100000-/ per an 8 kanal
                      But now the employee says me that, your cibil score is down.
                      But when i check my cibil score from other orgenigation. My actual cibil score found 784.
                      If i am eligible for a loan. And my old loan track continue with same bank
                      . And i also gave security of my agri land
                      How the employee can say that, you are not eligible for loan???

                      but it got stuck in ATM. Officer said it will get back in your account after 10 days. But now they are saying our request is rejected. what to do..

                        I was about to open a new account in obc ambala road kaithal, but as a student i was asking about a saving account which is maintain with a minimum value of 10rs. As there are two type of saving account in your branch's one is maintain by a minimum value of rs. 2500. And the other one that i had already told. But the lady employee of the bank refuse to open yhis type of account. So please do a favour tell me if there is any account of this type or not. If yes so please tell and trained your employees. And i called to your customer care they tell me this type of account.

                          Hello,
                          i am an old and regular customer of OBC bank pundri branch.
                          my all family savings account have in this bank.
                          my saving a/c and also a loan a/c in this bank
                          the bank has gave me the mudra loan of amt 50000-\ rs. before 4 years ago.
                          and that loan is reguler always. Now only 9000-\ amt pending in this loan. and we have requeried that the bank approve enhashment of that loan now.
                          that is possible, but the one of employe do not treat us with sens and his behaviour with us like an personal dushman...
                          i have requested to you, please take action against him, and enhans my loan amount.
                          he make our image in bank negetive, when i apply my agree CC limit the agree loan staff with the name of Ankit kamboj also dont talk with us normal and dont take our Docs.
                          is that right ???? with the customer
                          Take action, otherwise i have to do complaint of them with another way.

Also i have try to call know from ur customer care they don't have proper answer. I can't expect this service from oriental bank kindly activate my account asap.                                   I have taken cc limit of rs. 35.00 lakh from b/o panscheel park in 2014. The rate of interest in the account is high since inception of account. I have informed the bank several times but no positive response is received till date.
                                  Now i am suffering from severe heart problem and am not able to run my business properly. I request the bank to check the rate of interest and charges as per sanctions and refund me all the excess charges debited in the account along with interest. The rate of interest charged in my account be rectified immediately from the date of inception otherwise complaint will be made in banking ombudsman.

                                      Mera name rajnikant hai new railway road obc branch m mera account hai my account no. is [protected] hai aur coustmer id :[protected] hai my contact no:- [protected] hai sep. 2019 se mera account freeze hai m koi online transaction nahi kar pa rha hu aur atm bhi use nahi kar paa raha hu m delhi govt hospital main work karta hu madam ranjana handle kar rhi hai but branch m koi call bhi attand nahi kr rha jab bhi branch m jata hu kahte hai aapki unfreeze ki application di hui hai but abhi koi kaaryawahi ni ho rhi mujhe account related bahut problem ho rahi hai aapse meri request hai mera account unfreeze kre m apni complaint bapish le raha hu plz help jab bank se pichle six month se koi solution nahi nikla ab kya niklega mera time bhi aur money bhi weste ho rha hai aapse request hai plz branche mera account unfreeze kre mujhe koi complaint nahi krni hai
