श्री मान जी, मेैं पुष्पा पत्नी श्री अमरदीप निवासी गांव गढी सराय नाम दार खां ने अपना खाता गोहाना ब्रांच ( अकाउंट नम्बर- [protected]) में दिनांक 25.01.2020 को खुलवाया था, मैने एक फर्म बनाई थी जिसकी प्रोपराईटर मैं स्वंय हूँ, इसी लिए मैने OBC बैंक गोहाना में अपना नया खाता खुलवाया था, मैने आगे जिस फर्म को पैसे देने थे उसको मैने OBC BANK गोहाना के चैंक दे दिये थे जिसपर मैने 30.01.2020 की डेट डाल दी थी, लेकिन आज 13 दिन बितने के बाद भी मेरा खाता एक्टिव नही हुआ है, जिससे मुझे अगली फर्म के आगे शर्मिंदा होना पड रहा है और बार-बार चैक ना लगाने की प्रार्थना करनी पड रही है, श्री मान जी, यह मेरे लिए और इस सम्मानित बैंक के लिए कोई आदर्श स्थिती नही है, अगर इसी तरह से इतने दिनो बाद भी किसी का अकाउंट एक्टिव ना हो तो वो कभी भी भविष्य में OBC बैंक में खाता नही खुलवाएगा । अतः आपसे विन्रम प्रार्थना है कि मेरा खाता जल्द से जल्द एक्टिव किया जाए ताकि जिस फर्म को मैने चैंक द्वारा पैसे देने है वह मैं दे सकूं । मैं ऐसी उम्मीद करती हुंँ कि इस मेल के मिलने के कुछ घन्टे बाद ही मेरा अकाउंट एक्टिव हो जाऐगा । धन्यवाद mob no.         My name is surender kumar narang. I am a super senior citizen and dependent on my children. I have bank account in obc bank in chawri bazar branch. My account number is [protected]. I want to withdraw balance from this account but despite of trying several times, i am unable to succeed. Bank officials are asking to give finger prints again but pan and aadhaar is already provided to bank. My ph no. [protected] is registered with bank and has finger prints registered. Request you to pls as my account has become non operative now and i am unable to do transactions through this account. Requesting your action at the earliest.

            Respected sir,
            With due regards i beg to state that i am a punjab govt. Pensioner & my ppo no is punjab/[protected]. My pension is disbursed through oriental bank of commerce branch barnala (Ifsc code : orbc 100594). My saving bank a/c no is[protected].
            Respected sir from the last two months continuously i requested many times to the concerned bank to release my l. T. C. I have visited several times to the dealing hands as well as officials of the bank and requested them to deposit the same in my saving bank account. But all the times the concerned officials and dealing hand never gave due care and neglected my requests. Today when i visited again & enquired about the ltc, the officials rudely behaved in harass words & pay no attention to my request. This was suffered me a lot. I am a senior citizen & in this situation it is too hard for me to visit again and again.
            Kindly look into the matter & take a prompt action.

                I have done transaction on Myntra app of rs 574 but it got failed then I checked my account balance money was deducted 4 times 4*574, I received refund of only 574rs . I have done transaction only one time and also OTP was received one time. I am very disappointed with this. Please resolve my issue asap and refund my money.as this is totally bank mistake because I have tried the transaction only once . And please return my money of rs 1722

                  Sir, i am joginder singh s/io gurcharan singh village sukhchain my account no is [protected] before some days i go to my near branch for withdrawal some money bank employee ask to me your account is deactivate please give your document after one hour they ask to me activation person is not present so came next day and next morning when i give all the document again then again they refuse to accept my document that time reason is aadhar card print is not clear in xerox copy even i show original document also, they said its require 5-7 days for activate your account from delhi branch, all other bank system is online they will take maximum 4-5 hours and your bank need 5-7 days. Please solve my problem as soon as possible i want my money back or account close permanent i don't want more harassment from your employee for my own money.

                    He started deceiving people by collecting money from friends and relatives telling that he gives for 2 or 3 rs interest.
                    He has cheated almost 1.5 crores till now.
                    He may cheat or steal the money from the bank.
                    Branch manager is already aware of him. Pls take necessary action against him.

When i undestand that something going wrong with my account then i informed to my bank they told me that you should make a complaint or fir in nearest police station and come again i made a fir in my police station and come back to bank they assured that they will do the work against my complain quickly but they didn't. I am very nervous because police inspector and bank manager both of tell me every day come tommorow come next day when i go to the bank then they didn't do anything please help me i have mention all those thing and plz find attacment of all document.                         I'd purchase mutual funds from oriental bank of the amount of 2000 but after 10 days i made it cancel because of my personal issues. 1000rs has not been credited to my account from last 20days. Mutual of icici prudential declined that and says "we do not get amount from your bank kindly have a word with them".
                        I talked to fisdom (Oriental bank) website by which payments takes place of mutual funds. They also made some irrelevant talks without completing my issues solve they e-mail me that "your issues are resolved thank you".

                          I submitted my complaint regarding account closing. Bank said it will close 4-5 days but. I yesterday visit my branch they said it will longer time.

                          It has happened around 1 week more. Nobody branch officers responds clearly. For request of account closing.

                          I took leave from my office. They always gives excuse they.

                          I am unable to come daily in bank. Because your branch doesn't' t give good respond to customer.

                          Pls look into the matter and take some serious steps. And provide my draft to my home address. I will not go to my bank.

                          Because my office doesn't allow to me take leave daily.

                            It's is hereby informed that today 30th December 2019 I applied for Car loan at Ranaghat OBC bank.I have 2 yrs form 16, one year income tax return file, Details salary slip, voter, Adhar, Pan, OBC bank A/C etc.Pressntly work in Manpower Group and Monthly CTC-32400, Gross-29, 400, Net-27, 400 Rs.Applied for Maruti alto 800 On Road price 3, 45, 000 for 7 yrs loan tenure.But unfortunately OBC bank manager strongly refuses and the way he is talking is not up to the mark at least it is not a proper Business policy to the customer.I am working in Price Waterhouse Coopers kolkata and payroll in Manpower Gr and I thik I have a sufficient proof/justification of my employment. I am strongly against of this behaviour after we are the customer and we don't have any fradunt mentality.Manager easily can access my PAN and Adhar details to view my details my he strongly denied.My question is this a proper treatment for cusumer?I am ready to close my existing A/C of this particular Orientation Bank Ranaghat Branch.

                              I Prem Dutt Sharma having saving account number [protected] & Customer ID[protected] with your OBC bank & branch is Karampura, New Delhi.

                              On dated 11th Dec 2019, I went to OBC ATM (Place - Choti sabzi mandi, Janakpuri, New Delhi) for depositing the cash amount- 4200/- in my above said account number. I deposited the cash Rs. 4200/- in the above said ATM place around 12:00 to 1:00 pm, but from ATM machine I did not received any receipt or any confirmation. ATM machine took the money but, no receipt i found and there was no guard also.

                              Then i visited my bank also, they said wait for 24hrs may be then it will reflect. But I did not received any message also. Then again today I visited the bank, they said do the complaint.

                              Sorry to say, today I visited again my branch, and the staff was saying only compnaint ID is raise by the department but " Aaj tak kisi ka paisa wapis nahi aaya hai". This is the way your department is working and handle the situation.

                              Branch Manager also dont have any answer for my complaint, where I should go for my money. I want my money back. Please look into this matter immediately, otherwise i have to knock another gate. I m asking for my money and it feels like i m begging you. This is my hard earned money.

                              Till date I didn't received any call from your department regarding my complaint. Please take action on my complaint and credit my money in my account.

                              How many times I have to visit or mail to you, please I am requesting you look into this matter immediately. I have mail these above things to OBC Bank department. They are not listening anything. No they are saying your complaint is closed.Without resolved how can you closed my complaint.

                              Please look into the matter, and credit the cash amount on my above said account number.You can check on camera also, I visited in your ATM place. and requesting you please you should have to put the proper working ATM machine. The receipt is very must. Please credit my amount in above said account number. I have deposited cash in the ATM machine.

                                On 8th december i had visited karur vysa bank atm at coimbatore wherein there were 3 machine.in the first attempt one of the atm machine did not dispense rs. 4000 and the msg popped out in the atm machine (Unable to dispense). Since these days it is paper less, i cannot produce the proof.

                                In the second attempt in the same atm (Another machine), i could manage to get the cash of rs. 4, 000.

                                The details of transaction is as under:

                                1) 08/12/2019 cwdr/cd173901/[protected]/[protected] 4, 000.00 cd173901
                                2) 08/12/2019 cwdr/c0173901/[protected]/[protected] 4, 000.00 c0173901

                                However, rs. 4000 has been debited twice instead of once.

                                Since it is hard earned money, requesting to credit rs. 4000 back in to the account.

                                      I have recently visited the oriental bank of commerce tilak nagar indore (Madhya pradesh). We made a request for the mudra loan which was offered to us and did all the processing and the pre-requisite for taking the loan. After some time when the bank manager asked for the gst password and axis bank's current account password, we got a doubt regarding the loan which was offered to us and hence we had requested an approval letter from the bank manager.in the approval letter, we found that the loan which was offered to us was a cc limit one.

                                      We had rejected the loan and did not accept the terms and conditions in the approval letter.

                                      The bank manager and the staff took a blank check, 6000 cash, after sometime 10000 cash. The amount credited after rejecting the loan was around 800 only with no proper reason given to us for deducting such a big amount.

                                      We would like to know all the facts and figures and would like to take strict legal action against the manager and the branch if our request is not fulfilled.
