Sir,
I had applied for a rupay card on 25/09/2017 which is non-chargeable, but i was given wrong card (Visa card) for which rs 178 and rs 118 were deducted from my obc savings account on 28/09/2017 and 20/10/2017 respectively. I brought this issue with the concerned officer but he is not rectifying the issue.
Kindly look into my complaint.

        My wife opened an saving bank account on[protected]Acc. Number - [protected]). But till date account not activated yet. I attached a cheque for clearance and that too returned too. Marked an mail to your nodal officer too but no revert. So thinking to go legal.

        Visited home branch (Hassanpur) too, there bm noted account no. And asked us that he will check and revert us. But when we are calling to branch contact number nobody picking the call.

        Please help how can we raise complaint in consumer court.

          I have deposited a cheque of 5000rs.in my account which was done rs.50, 000 by bank staff. I contacted with manager he told he will refund the cheque return charge of my account and also of opposite party because charge of cheque return is 500rs. Of opposite party. I told manager to return the charges to my account he said give me bank statement of party which shows 500rs. Charges deducted. I have given that to manager and he told i will refund the charges. He rarely visits the branch and whenever he come he refuse to do work. Now 3 months have passed but not received the refund. Spoke to manager several times but he denied saying i will do it when i will get time. Today i went bank and asked whether he has given me refund or not he refused do.
          I am not getting the point how bank has granted a job to person like this
          Very rude. Please refund my money otherwise i will have to take further steps.

            The branch manager over here in mainpuri is very rude and fraud person
            Firstly he rarely visit the branch in office timings
            If he comes also to branch he always refused to get the work done and use the abusing language in front of ladies also

              Myself sanjeev kumar account holder of obc bank in srmsims branch in bareilly, on dated 12 may2017 my salary transferred in my account. Then i transferred certain amount to other bank on 22may 2017 and 23may2017. After transfer this fund my actual balance comes less rs. 17059 from actual fund. Regarding this difference i informed to branch manager sir but he was unable to explain why this difference coming even no debit shown in details about this money. Therefor i submit a application to close my ffd account and transfer fund to my saving account but still no action taken on that request. So therefore i submit a complain regarding this through obc official internet banking site my complain reference no. Is ws004433/2017-18. My submit my complain[protected]Complain ref. Id ws004433/2017-18) closed without correct investigation and matching tds details of my account. Sir i want to know only where is my money (Rs.17059/) which was deduct from my account and shown any where in my transaction history. Sir kindly consider my request and do some favour for correcting account balance.

                I withdraw 1lakh from bank in proper notes but cashier gives small notes 10 bandals of 10 im request to give me a half of big notes but he don't hear my any words he doesn't accept my request but before my entires he gives big notes to all of people n after this he misbehave with me using bad local language n insults me in front of others
                We take a car loan to obc bank account no-[protected].his sanctioned ₹7566 *60. We all most full amount pay bank but last time bank demanding a 32000 additional amount. Branch not a clarify of this amount only force me pay this amount. Pls solve this problem. Bank my account show his no.

                  I (Piyush Dinkar Deshpande) had requested a Provisional Interest Certificate for -the year 2017-18 for Income Tax purpose on 10th April. I requested the Bank (Oriental Bank of Commerce, Prabhat Road Branch, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune) to email a scanned copy of the Certificate and simultaneously send the original by Post. The Certificate that was sent to me was a Word file without any stamp and signature, so it was not useful for the purpose for which it was required. Inspite of repeated phone calls to the Branch to which no one was responded, I am unable to obtain the Certificate.
                  This will result in the deduction of higher TDS from my Salary. I request you to take up my matter with the concerned authorities and resolve my problem which is fairly simple in nature.

                          we applied to open our joint account on 2nd week of feb'17 and on 23rd feb'17 account no- [protected] open only only in my name and the same also not activate till today & and another ridiculous thing is that to day I drop one cheque in your cheque drop box on 27th feb'17 but the same was return and asper manager the cheque drawn before the account open so we cannot accept this cheque asper our bank gruideline.

                          so i request you to pls solve my problem to day itself . pls. activate our joint account now and also provides if any such guidelines regarding deposing cheque. pls instruct concern branch to accept the cheque . we are in great trouble . pls pls solve the problem today itself.

                            Walking into the OBC ATMs is live walking through a pile of garbage. It is badly maintained and garbage is thrown all over, stray dogs live in the space, the guard keeps dirty plastic bags and other personal stuff strewn inside and on the shutter of the premise.

                            The AC is never switched on and the place has most probably never been dusted or washed since inception. The ATM machine also has some problem with the screen which shows static most of the time.

                                My NPS Ac.[protected] has open through your branch bagpat road Meerut in Feb.2016.
                                My every transection is taking about one month to execute.
                                Last year I have given investment cheque on 17.02.2016 and my amount transferred to my NPS Ac. on 18.03.2016.
                                This year I have given investment cheque on 17.01.2017 but even after 25 days amount has not transfer to my NPS ac.

                                I am a subscriber for National Pension Scheme through your br. Bagpat road Meerut since Feb.2016.My contribution cheque (740486 of Rs.50, 000) for NPS has been cashed on 04.02.2017 from my saving ac.[protected], but amount has not transfered to my NPS Ac.[protected] even after one week.I am continuously reminding by phone and email, but br. manager is not responding.

                                Sir,
                                I have a saving ac.[protected] with OBC bank for last 6-7 years. Bank has deducted Rs 115 for minimum balance charge for Feb.2017, while I am maintaining Rs 1000 as min. balance.
                                If bank wants to increase min. balance limit then bank should inform to the customer in advance.

                                    I take a loan of Rs.300000/- on 12/12/2012 and its EMI which i paid for approx.4 years was Rs.6432/- but since last three months bank charged Rs.6670/- instead of Rs.6432/-. When I contact to Bank Manager, he was unable to give a satisfactory answer, and continue charges again.today, bank again charges Rs.708/- when i call in bank, they again told me that they cut Bank Charges, but which Bank Charges, they couldnot be explained.

                                      Incident : on 29th november — on purchase of clothing of rs 1945, my debit card [protected] was used. At first the transaction failed and a slip generated of rs 0 the second time it was used the amount of rs 1945 was debited and also received sms for that. But when i checked in the statement, the amount of rs 1945 was debited twice.
                                      The merchant showed their bank details and statement, the amount of rs 1945 was credited once to their account.
                                      Till date, i have not received the wrongly debited rs 1945.
                                      Oriental Bank Of Commerce customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have recharge my d2h videocon but recharge not done and cut blance form my acount plz ckeked my about recharge and give back my money
                                      Just by swiping card PRCR has been cut.
