i am using ATM card of OBC bank. On 02 Jan 2009 i used my ATM card to withdraw Rs. 5000 from a AXIS bank ATM. first i entered all requisite data but there were no money came out from the machine . machine did not gave me transaction slip also. then i tried 2nd time in SBI ATM but i found Rs. 5000 deduction from my account automatically on the same date. Immediately i informed my branch manager and lodged a complaint on 08 Jan 09 vide complaint No. same month but no fruitful result has been yielded till date.So i have decided to knock the door of costumer court for justice.

Immediately i informed my branch manager Jalandhar (Punjab) Branch and lodged a complaint on 08 Jan 09 vide complaint No.[protected] but no fruitful result has been yielded till date. So i have decided to knock the door of costumer court for justice.
i am using ATM debit card of OBC bank, porur branch, chennai. On 31 July 2009, i used my ATM card to withdraw Rs. 13000 from a HDFC bank ATM, selaiyur branch, chennai-73. first i entered all requisite data but there were no money came out from the machine and displayed as "Insufficient Fund" . Machine did not gave me transaction slip also. Then next day(1st Aug'09) i found Rs. 13000 deduction from my account automatically on the same date. Immediately i informed to my OBC branch, porur, chennai-116 and lodged a complaint and i submit "chargeback form". but they did not gave me proper reply So i came to know to login this costumer court for justice.

    I'm a account holder of The bank Oriental Bank of Commerce, Branch EC-Dera Bassi, I'm resident of Noida, U.P. I wanted to submit my internet banking form as per its terms and condition, though I couldn't manage to submit it in my actual branch, so I went to a local branch for submitting the form. And it was rejected and as they asked me to courier that application form to my respected branch.

    As per the website procedure, it was clearly written that I can apply this internet banking form and submit it to any of the OBC Bank branch. But now they are rejecting.

    Kindly ask them to either update their policy or update the website, and stop faking their customers.

      In the morning 10 'o' clock, 18-apr-09 saturday, at RAJENDRA PLACE METRO STATION, I wanted to withdrawl a sum of Rs. 3000/- INR, first I checked balance and after completion this process my card got stuck and machine showed the message insert ATM card. That time I have to pay urgent money. This is what service providing OBC. There was no guard, when i find he was listening radio other side...
      Now this can happen with anyone. Guard gave me some no. there was a guy who gave me another no., Now I confirmed on customer care there was a girl who assist me and said we will destroy your card and you have to register complaint in your bank & branch.

      At least this time I didn't react a lot, but when my branch people told me to fill lots of forms, block the lost card, re-apply for ATM card and I have to pay for new card this will take time, this time I thought I am really a fool.

      I have a saving account in Oriental Bank of Commerce Ac. No. [protected] (Durgesh Tiwari) in nov. 2011 my ATM cord had expire. Than give me a new ATM but after some time he does not still working. after my complain bank employ say you can take a new ATM and bank give me a new ATM in this duration I had been go to bank more than 10 times. but at this time the new ATM not in working. Today when I go to bank and say my ATM not in working and I have come 10 times than he say that you will have to come 50 times.

        Please note that i have saving account with oreintal bank of commerce, south ext part-II, new delhi-110049. My a/c no/. is [protected]. Few months before i found that my a/c debited wrongly on 10/02/09. other details are given below:-

        Dear sir,
        Please note that i have saving account with Oriental Bank Of Commerce, at Bowenpally branch, Secunderabad. My A/c No. is [protected] . On 7th Dec'10 at 12:30 pm, I went to withdraw Rs.1000/- at OBC ATM at bowenpally branch Secunderabad .I got a statement in which it was given the ATM is OUT OF SERVICE, Then i went to AXIS BANK ATM at bowenpally branch Secunderabad and Withdrew the amount of Rs.1000/-, for my surprise i got an SMS in which the statement says i have withdrawn Rs 1000/- twice. I found that my amount was wrongly debited on 7/12/10. I have also filled the Charge Back form In the Bowenpally Branch but I have'nt got my money. I even called up the customer service they told that it will take 45 DAYS after submitting the CHARGE BACK form, but as of now i did not get my MONEY . Even people of OBC bank have agreed that the ATM was not working that day .After repeated visit i have'nt got any response from them. It is my hard earn money (Rs.1000/-) and it is not a small amount. So please help me to get my amount back, waiting for your service at the earliest. Please do the needful.

          i m a reputed customer o[censored]r esteemed bank viz oriental bank of commerce frm very long time.
          but these days it is seen that no body is taking his/her responcibility properly in the bank premices.
          i had applied 4 my atm cum debit card on 5th jan 2009, but till date i not get my card.even bank employes of new mandi branch, muzaffarnagar(U.P) not want 2 talk 2 me on this account.

            Subject :Why My Grand Daughter’s F.D. Was Not Owenered By Your Bank
            I want to draw your kind attention to the wrong Maturity Amount written in given documents of oriental bank. In the above document of Global Trust Bank Limited, it is given that the amount we gave is rs.20, 000/-and on the due date we will get the maturity value which is Rs. 40, 259/-and the date on which I have to collect this money is 23/04/2008.But when I reached there to take my money the bank was took over by ‘Oriental Bank O f Commerce’, then your client gave us a receipt and increased the due date to 12/01/2010. They also decreased the maturity value to Rs 38, 172.56/- .The F.D is of my grand daughter Ms.Shalini Aggarwal. That time I didn’t notice this, but now I want know why this money was decreased and why was the due date changed ?
            Please give me a written answer for this and all the details about this. Please give me the answer as early as possible. I am giving the photocopy of Term Deposit Receipt with this letter, please take a look on that receipts.

              hi sir, this is yogesh.i have a account in the obc bank in preet vihar, new delhi.maine ek din apna account check kiya to pata chala ki mare acc.se 500.rs withdraw hogaye hain .jabki maine kiye hi nahi.mera request no.20086621 hai.main 3 months se wait kar raha hun.

                Dear Manger,

                Oriental bank of commerce.

                Subject: repeated visits for checking the account reconciliation. No response from the authorities of the Ameerpet branch manager or staff since 2 months.

                Reference: enclosed all the letters for follow up on Account number [protected]. The mail chain started in October 24th 2008 and it un resolved till date.(attached the complete mail chain)

                Request your intervention in resolving the issue.

                The response from the bank authorities is not at all prompt; Inspite of giving the requisition for the details in the requested formats(enclosed the scanned copies of the pass book and letter given) there is no resolution from bank authorities in written or in word(orally) when visited.

                This is always making us think twice to put money in the account. Nothing is getting saved in savings account. Inspite, deductions also.

                Our request is to please waive off the amount deducted for minimum balance. The details are in the attachment and in the bellow mail chain.

                Please check the process. Request your response in positive

                Thanks for taking out your valuable time to respond to our mail, In reply to your response below, it was a mil only informing us that the mail will respond in 4 working days, but not the response. Please find that response attached.

                We had visited the branch twice and were convinced to reverse the charges after the discussion; And also I would like to bring to your notice that, we had no information about debiting the charges of 1000 to our account (same was discussed). And we have not give any standing instructions to do the same. The banker has taken his own decision in debiting and also not informing us. We requested to consider as communication gap and reverse the same when we visited the branch. Please let us know how you consider the customer grievances, where there is unintentional interest in maintaining minimum balance and getting the charges debited for the same.

                Request you to consider this as a special case and reverse the charges in the best interest of the loyal customers.

I have complaint this to branch manager on 22/11/2010.
                    A OBC GUARD was sit on the ATM MACHINE CHAMBER at that time.
                    Sir I want to see camera coverage from that ATM this facility is available in that Branch but software engineer not provided by the branch manager. PLEASE HELP ME.

                      I issued a cheque to Adroit Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.( whom having account
                      With HDFC BANK ) On 07.08.2008
                      For the amount Rs.10000.00 cheque no.826603
                      Same amount debited to my account on 12.08.2008
                      But HDFC bank say they are not get money and my cheque is return for unsufficient
                      Fund.by Oriental Bank Of Commerce. In favour of that they are giving me a my bounced
                      Cheque and a letter for they are not get money.
                      I submit to hdfc bank my pass book’s copy and a certificate ( whom issued me by Oriental

                        Sir. I Ajaz Shaikh Lateef.Ihad given my LIC policy No.[protected] and[protected]. as a security to Oriental Bank of commerce, Shalimar chowk Nasik, for the loan which they had given to M/s Superb Auto Electric Works, Opp Manohar Market, 532, Poona Rd, Nasik. A/c no 127 current A/c, Prop Mr.M.A.Lateef for the purchase of Battery Plate Machinery. But after the death of Mr.Lateef. The said loan was transfered by Oriental Bank Of Commerce, in the name of Superb Auto Batteries, Opp Manohar Market, 532 Poona Rd, Nasik. A/c no. unknown, Mr Altaf Shaikh Lateef without intimating me and without my consent. after the said fact came to my knowledge, I approched the bank manager, the bank manager refused to talk to me thereafter a letter in writing was given to bank regarding the said unlawful transfer of loan.I requested the bank asking the borrower to arrange for another guarantor/security and return my policy back, as I had objection to the same because it was done with out my consent. as I had given my policy as security to Superb auto electric works proprietor Mr. M.A.Lateef but not to Superb Auto Batteries, prop
                        Mr.Altaf Shaikh.Also at the time of loan proposal, I had signed as a guarantor to Superb Auto Electric Works, but the bank has Misused the said signature and had used it for Superb Auto Batteries with out informing me. one point to be noted is that the loan was against machinery in the name of Superb Auto Electric Works, which was mortgaged with the bank and for additional security purpose the policy was given to bank, but the machinery still lies in the custody of the borrower and I am of the knowledge and opinion that bank has surrendered my policy .On 07.08.08, I once again approached the bank for getting the details about the same but the bank refused to provide me the details and said that the matter is now closed and no details can be provided anymore.That both the Bank and Borrower and has misused my policy, hence this being my complaint, my request is that the bank should Furnish me with the details of the same and should give the reason as to why at the time of the transfer of loan to another firm I was not informed and also at the time of the transfer of the afforesaid surrender of my policy. as also why the bank authorities did not bother to take my consent for the same . I also request to inquire as to why the machinery still lies in the custody of borrower.the bank along with the borrower has committed illegal and unlawful acts and have done a fraud with me .so please look into the matter at the earliest.                           Dear Sir,

                          I have saving bank account no. 13699 at Indian Overseas Bank at NHPC, Sector-33 branch, Faridabad. On 01/07/2008, I tried to withdraw Rs. 1000 from ATM no. NA170021 at Sarita vihar, New Delhi twice, but the transaction failed both the time with error ' The transaction cannot be completed now'. When I used another nearby ATM of IDBI bank, I was surprised to see that for both the attempts at OBC ATM no. NA170021, Rs. 1000 plus transaction charges of Rs. 20 have been debited from my account, thus incurring on me a total loss of Rs. 2040.Transaction detail in my account statement is -BAN-NFS001166O080701-[protected] for Rs. 1000 and GAN-NFS001166O080701-[protected] for Rs. 20(two times).
                          Next day I informed my bank at Faridabad about the same and submitted an online complaint at Indian Overseas Bank website. I received a reply by e-mail that my complaint has been forwarded to the concerned bank. But for next three days, there was no response from anywhere.
                          On 5th July, I received a reply from Oriental Bank of Commerce RO New Delhi in which i was told to contact the Indian Overseas Bank at NHPC, Sector-33 branch, Faridabad and fillup the charge back form to claim the amount.
                          Accordingly, I contacted my bank on 07.07.2008 and asked for Charge back form. I was told that there is no such form available with the bank. I was asked to submit a written application on submission of which an e-mail will be sent to the concerned bank. I immidiately submitted the application.
                          Now it is 9th July, but there is no response from any where.
                          The problem was with ATM of Oriental Bank of Commerce, so it is not understandable why i am told to contact my branch. Instead of checking the functioning of thier own ATM and correcting thier own fault they are passing everything on me and telling me to contact my branch. then only they can initiate any action.
                          I have sent a reminder mail to OBC on 08.07.2008, but they are still silent. I have completely lost faith in OBC ATMs
                          It is requested to kindly takeup the matter with Oriental bank of Commerce and get my amount of Rs. 2040 recovered.

                          i have a complaint about atm . my transaction have been failed i got suffer from loss of 10, 000Rs and i m facing much problems
                          when i tried to take amount from atm..asking "you didnot enter your new pin" .iam not able to enter inside.i have entered existing pin..but not accepting..i entered new password..that also did'nt accept..please help me to solve issue
                          Mine is oriental bank of commerce atm..please give me a helping hand to solve this issue.

                          Yes, Mr. Satyam. You are absolutely right. OBC ATM's are worse and I had lost my card once. Whatever the emergency one should have, always visit any other ATM not OBC. Specially which are motorized card reader.

                          You should search any other ATM if you are in front of OBC.
