I had requested the bank to issue a debit card for my existing account. It's been 2 months I haven't received my debit card.

Total 2 refund initated by amazon on 4 feb 2021of rs 499/- and 7 feb, 2021 of rs 1347/- but my account is not refelct and amazon given ref no. 30005410331026014168544 of rs 499/- and second ref no. 30005410341026014168542 of rs 1347/- pls solve my complaint as soon as possible

I have ordered a one mobile phone on 14 january 2021 . It was received on 16 jan 2021.but I returned my product.
Amazon initiated a refund on 27 jan 2021
It was expected to 31 jan 2021.
Amazon gave me the reference id
(74332741028102784102324) but the (Oriental bank of Commerce) bank has still not credited my money.

Please cheak this issue as soon as possible

I m parag mittal .I have a account in oreintal bank of commerce Ajmer road Jaipur .. my bank account number [protected]. I purchase a product from Amazon on 20 Jan 2021 . But I cancelled my product ..and refund deliver to my account ...but. My amount is not reflect in my account...plss help me..

Hello sir my refund was released on 29th January 2021 from amazon amounting 1433rs, and expected date was 3feb2021 but till today there is no refund recieved. I contacted Amazon costumer service they assured me with email that the refund is already released from their end and they provided me RRN (refund reference number) and guided me to contact Oriental Bank costumer service and mention this number and my refund will be credited. I contacted oriental bank but it has so poor cheap service as it is a private bank, poor costumer service, bad way of speaking and poor knowledge so as expected they told me that they will not help me in this and i should contact AMAZON. I also asked them to file a complaint (charge disupute form) but that donkey costumer denied for that also, his behaviour was very disrespectful towards me. I request consumer complaint to please provide me my refund ASAP, i am also attaching ap proof image of my account minislip which i extracted today from nearby ATM.

Reference number is 74332741020101961070872 provide by Amazon 19/01/2021 but money not credit in my account. i was complaint in bank online but nothing result. my refund money is 11000. i was purchance item by debit card and cancel by me item same date 18/01/2021. my complaint number in bank is CW[protected] pnb obc bank.

Please give our refund back that is rupees 999 as soon as possible.

The reference code for the refunds is 74332741013101200320681and the authorization code for this sale transaction is[protected].

I had a talk with the customer care of OBC and they didn't prove to be much helpful.

I would request you to process the refund to my Account as soon as possible or I would be forced to alleviate this issue to the higher authority.

Dear sir, श्री मान जी से निवेदन है की मै लाछिमन यादव मेरा खाता Oriental Bank Of commerce में मै cashpor micro credit कम्पनी का स्टाफ हु मैंने पर्सनल लों न लिया था जिसका क़िस्त जमा है खाता न.: [protected]. लेकिन मेरे खाते से 14/01/21 को 185 रुपया कट गया और 19/०1/21 को पुन: 200 रुपया काट गया कस्टमर केयर से बात करने पर बता रहे है आपके बैंक में लोन की पेनाल्टी के रूप में कुछ कटा है बिना सूचना के पैसे काट रहे है इसका कोई मैसेज भी नही आया रहा है बस फण्ड कट जा रहा है sir बहुत जल्दी से चेक कर इसे हमें बताये और इसे बंद करे sir, By Bankers deduced money and no any reply .

My payment is not refund my account

I have tried multiple times to speak to OBC customer care, I tried at least 4 times and their executives are disconnecting my calls when they asked me to provide the account number. I don't know whether they want to improve their average handling time and not bothered to resolve customer's query/concern. I would like to highlight this matter.
