Dear Team I have purchased product form amazon. theyre refund my 498rs on 14 Feb 2021. But my amount not credit in my account. Amazon said amount is successful also they're giving me RPN. i'm already told about this in my branch. but bank not giving me proper responce.

I canceled an order from Amazon and the amount was supposed to be credited to my OBC account by14/2/21 but it is still not credited. The customer care executive said they cannot check the refund reference number provided by amazon. RRN 487806

I have ordered bourge men loire-z1 running shoes 27Jan, 2021. It was received but I have returned my product.
Amazon initiated the refund on 2Feb, 2021and it was expected to come on 5-7Feb.
Amazon gave me the refund reference no. But the OBC bank has still not credited my money.
I done payment with my debit Visa card.
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

Hello sir my refund was released on 29th January 2021 from amazon amounting 1433rs, and expected date was 3feb2021 but till today there is no refund recieved. I contacted Amazon costumer service they assured me with email that the refund is already released from their end and they provided me RRN (refund reference number) and guided me to contact Oriental Bank costumer service and mention this number and my refund will be credited. I contacted oriental bank but it has so poor cheap service as it is a private bank, poor costumer service, bad way of speaking and poor knowledge so as expected they told me that they will not help me in this and i should contact AMAZON. I also asked them to file a complaint (charge disupute form) but that donkey costumer denied for that also, his behaviour was very disrespectful towards me. I request consumer complaint to please provide me my refund ASAP, i am also attaching ap proof image of my account minislip which i extracted today from nearby ATM.
