My name is jyoti. I have ordered on amazon and return the product. But I have not recieved my refund.
Amazon initiated the refund on 26/11/2020 and it was expected to come on 01/12/2020.
My amazon.in Order #[protected] .
Amazon gave me the refund reference id 74332740332033187100974 but the Oriental Bank of Commerce bank has still not credited my money.
This is urgent please do the needful.

My self deepika Bedalia. Live in haldwani Uttarakhand. I had been purches 1-Ethnic Empire Women's Net Semi-Stitched Anarkali Long Gown of amount of Rs 1899 and 2-Yami fashion women's embroidery and diamond work semi stitch net with soft silk multi colored Lehenga choli of Rs 1984.
But after from Amazon. After I had return the product but I had not get any refund. I had call to amazon customer care. They had share me refund receipt no.

I ordered Campus shoes on 23rd November because of something amazon initiated my refund on 30th November and provide me the information that I'll get my refund in 7 days in my original payment, I made the payment through phonepay UPI of Oriental Bank Commerce bank Account, my amazon order id is[protected] . When I contacted amazon on 7th December and told them I didn't get my refund they provided me the refund reference number[protected]...

I have ordered a motherboard on 26/11/2020 And I have cancelled my ordered on 28/11/2020. But I have not recieved my refund.
Amazon initiated the refund on 28/11/2020 and it was expected to come on 02/12/2020.

Amazon gave me the refund reference id 30005403340331163844026 but the Oriental Bank of Commerce bank has still not credited my money.
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

This is pertaining to the A/C which I had been holding at Erstwhile Oriental bank of Commerce which now has been amalgamated with PNB

Today received that the relative process has been completed migrating the A/c from OBC to PNB for net banking using the PNB user interface

I tried logging into the PNB internet Netbanking but then hadn't received the OTP to my registered mobile number

A/c in OBC had been : [protected]

Can we please expedite in resolving this issue for progressing in managing the relative transaction.Also the netbanking site for PNB hasn't been functioning :https://netbanking.netpnb.com/ severely impacting in managing day today transactions

person in the bank not cop rate the customers The ATM and Entry Mech. is not working from last two months bank people refused to make the entry in the passbook every time. also not giving the proper answer to customer.and speak rudely.

Maine s.b.i ke atm se 7000/- rupees debit krna chaha but atm se process nhi hua aur bank se amount deduction ka msg aaya aur amount mujhe collect hua hi nhi atm se

It has been more than 2 months that I've opened a savings account with obc bank but there has been a never ending delay in providing me a debit card. Contacted bank several times they just give me a date with a excuse but I never get a debit card.

Amazon sent this refund reference number ( H6UOBWB00000KH41G668 ) and told me to fill charge dispute from but India bank doesn't have such policy. My name is Harsimran Singh and I am living in Patiala. My cousin, whose name is Damanpreet kaur and living in Ludhiana city, having OBC account no. [protected], told me to cash deposit of Rs. 35, 500/- in the concerned Branch on dated 16.11.2020. I went to the OBC ATM Machine on dated 16.11.2020 and I put the money in the machine for depositing the amount, but suddenly the machine processing stopped and that particular machine did not send the money back along with the slip of "Transaction Unsuccessful" (Photo copy attached). I also told to security guard, a employee of OBC bank, filled the chargeback form (photocopy attached), even also told to the Manager about the whole incident. They console me that money will be back in few days. However, when I went to the bank again on 18.11.2020 for checking about my complaint, then they did not give me sufficient answer and they said that the concerned authority demanding some more detail through email (Photocopy attached), even the Manager told me that it is not in his hand because the ATM system is completely outsourced. After that when I went to 24.11.2020 for checking my complaint then they said to me that the cash of Rs. 35500/- in ATM machine is excess on dated 16.11.2020 but they rejected my complaint without any intimation. Therefore, this time I am feeling very helpless for the reason that the amount is not small and it is not my mistake if your service is quite bad and your equipments are not working properly. Henceforth, kindly do the needful and refund my amount of Rs. 35, 500/- as soon as possible. Here, I am attaching related documents such as ATM slip, transaction slip and chargeback form photocopy.

I tried to withdraw money from OBC Bank ATM with the mentioned ATM ID. I was withdrawing money from my HDFC Account. I did the transaction on[protected] at 18:41. I got the SMS stating that the amount has been withdrawn but the cash was not dispensed from the ATM. Please look into this and initiate the refund deposit.
