[Resolved] Oriental Insurance Company — absolutely pathetic customer service and unprofessional behaviour

This is for the second time my fate forced me to get claim from oriental insurance company.
First time, i did not know about how # oic actually is, so i had taken my first motorcycle with oic insurance.
It was a 1lac rupees motorcycle (In 2009).
It met an accident in second year and the estimate of repairs was 34000 (34k), cutting the story short, the surveyor approved just 3400 (3.4k) only.
His name was manender (He sits in cbo2 office, ghaziabad, nehrunagar, near navrang cinema).
What i do not understand is, why the hell these kind of people took birth on this planet, and that too as human.
Now after almost 5 years, i bought a 2lacs rupees motorcycle and because the auto maker has some association with this # stinking company, i had to take their insurance, or else i had to look for, select, apply for and buy insurance the same day when i was inside the showroom, doing all the payments.
So for 1st year, i had to get this nail named oic in my [protected]@.
Here i am, more than a month has passed, still waiting for money. And this time i can clearly see how jacked up a company can be officially. They ask you to submit a form that they call discharge voucher and which tells company that you are satisfied with the reimbursed amount and have no legal right to raise any issue in future regarding this claim.
And this is what is to be signed before even getting the amount.
So you are actually declaring that you are satisfied with the amount that has been paid to you, for the amount that you never got, or may never get in future.
Why i am writing this, to make people aware of oic and any other govt. Company selling insurance of any kind.
