Sir,
I was taken on line for car insurance and the company has issued the policy which was attached to you in mail.
What is the matter please solve it. I can give you my bank details also.
Why are insurance companies issuing such a type of policy. we are driving my car without a policy. Who is responsible if the car has an accident this time. What is the benefit of taking online policy? Please solve the matter as soon as possible. who is responsible for that, why this happened like that, so do needful as soon as possible and take action against which person is issued such type of policy. why not send the policy on my home address.

 I have been taken on line car insurance renewal policy with orientinsurance company but hard copy of insurance still not reached at my home address. I have done several emails but according to Maruti insurance did not do this policy. I have been In mail address of oriental insurance in softcopy ([protected]@orientinsurance.co.in) and other ([protected]@orientalinsurance.co.in) failure notice coming back. Please take action and investigate the matter.

I had car insurance Policy taken on date 04/10/2020 but still matter is pending. Oriental car insurance company is nobody giving response about it. How much time you will be taken for send hard copy. I will show you that money had gone in Oriental insurance account. If any inquiry is going on your side that you can notify me on my mail address. Your company are not giving reply on mail, so many time I have been written mail to customer care and some oriental insurance officers. No customers expects such a big insurance company that the company's side response will not come. If your responsible persons of the company answer it if you think it is appropriate to answer then you can given on mail ID.

    Dear sir / mam

    I Atul Gupta had buy a policy on May 2020 but according to your advisor after collecting the cheque no 380628 ( bank name SBI) of Rs 19437/- after 3 or 4 days he denied that the cheque is not valid and this cheque will not clear.. so I told him to return the cheque and I have buy another policy.. but after a month on 8th/June/2020 the cheque has been cleared and still neither the policy has not been issued nor the amount received . so I requested to kindly refund the amount as soon as possible..

      I opted insurance policy from Oriental Insurance Company. I paid 108000 to Ford Garage. the insurance company promised that they will pay in 15 days. I paid on 17/09/2020. But to date, I haven't received my claim amount.

      The surveyor did something wrong. If these type of people are working in a company then nobody will opt for oriental service

        I made a call to your team at chennai and came to know that my claim is rejected due to dental related issue not covered under policy.

        My Query: If dental related is not accepted, why my time & your time wasted here asking for documents to claim.
        At starting stage itself, please direct us clearly that dental related oprations (like root canal) will be rejected and not covered under policy.

        Kindly take the Complaint in a positive way and provide favourable feedback .

            Had taken Medical Insurance in 1993 for self and wife.
            Wife was hospitalised from 8/11/2017 to 15/11/2017. Again from 18/11/2017 till her death on 20/12/2017.
            This covered two non-group insurance policies in sequence from Oriental.
            Insurance Company just does not respond.

                All claims related to chemotherapy administration in day care during covid 9, period. Restrictions were there on movements and i was permitted to reach the hospital and return after treatment. How can i possibly submit my reimbursement medical claim. Further i was informed that all your tpa office were closed. Drop box opened in june and i submitted the reimbursement claims on 10th of june 2020. I am a critical multiple myeloma patient, unable to stand the rigors of several procedures age 72 my wife 67 who comes with me. Request do the needful as there is a financial constraints. We are alone no relatives. Paid the medical bills from our credit cards. It is disturbing, my policy no 131102/48/2020/6632 and ma id no [protected]

                  My bike met with an accident on 28th of july 2020 and inform the same to the company on the time send share and their software saying that the damaged part like my fuel tank and silencer will not be covered in insurance i need immediate support on this.

                    I had a policy with oriental insurance co ltd. With below details:

                    Policy no - 345601/48/2020/353 carrier legal liability policy for rs.8, 50, 000/- which i am trying to get renewed by the issuing bargarh branch only.

                    Today after following up for 7 days, the branch head s ravishekhar rao has refused to renew.in the meanwhile, the policy has expired on 28.07.2020. The reason for his refusal is that he would not renew the policy as i have policy from other agents of oriental insurance co. Too. I have go the call records which i am ready to produce as proof.

                    After his refusal, i contacted your toll free number [protected] as given in the policy, who can not renew an expired policy and as such asked me that only the branch can help.

                    It is clear case of harrassment by an unprofessional person heading the bargarh branch of odisha. I request you to arrange for renewal of the policy urgently with the no claim bonus. Suitably act against the rude, unprofessional person.

                      I call support care, they said there ia no option for modifications in my policy,

                      So if it not possible to add tpa in my policy then i want to cancel my policy and want my money back.

                        What is the status of my claim
                        Still it's shows under process.
                        When i call my local oriental office (Do1 kannur) they saying we don't have responsibility because the settlement has done from the insurance company (131300).
                        They send the application to the do ghatkopar office.
                        I submitted the application jan 16th and the bike service bill submitted on 22 may. One month ago
                        Also i contacted the ghatkopar office also they saying contact the local office.
                        What i do?

                          I thank you for settlement of claim of rs. 55071/- on account of cerebral infraction unspecified against above subject.

                          On going through the claim deduction details, i regret that the payment of rs. 5760/- were not made. The facts are mentioned as under:-

                          Physiotherapy treatment charges

                          As you already know from discharge summary submitted to you by max balaji hospital, patparganj, new delhi stating that physiotherapy advised by dr. Rajesh gupta and the same arranged from treating hospital i. E. Max balaji hospital.

                          I have paid daily opd charges of rs. 660/- towards physiotherapy, all the original bills were submitted while filing post hospitalization claim.

                          Neither you have not informed the schedule of charges in the policy while settling the post hospitalization claim nor the insurer had informed while issuing/renewing the policy. The deduction is arbitrary. I therefore request you to investigate further in the matter

                            Sir,

                            I had preferred a pa claim under the above policy with divisional office, surat and submitted all the supporting documents more than 20 months back, but till date i have not received my payment.
                            Upon questioning and despite several verbal reminders i was informed that the claim is not payable since the claim is for sprain, an invisible injury, but till date no letter confirming no claim has been received by me.
                            I understand that the company has issued guidelines regarding payment of claim against invisible injuries in 1999.
                            I had written to the customers service dept of the company in the march 2019, but am yet to receive any positive response from the company.
                            As per the concerned office, since the claim can be settled at the ro vadodara level only, the papers have been sent to them by the concerned office long back.

                              We have deposited 10000rs for marine cargo policy on 31st january. But that branch person did not provide us policy document. We asked him for policy for 2invoice goods around 12mt. But he did not respond. Then again we tried that time he told us deposit is there so we can take policy at any time now lock down is there so pls wait untill open policy. Again one more time we tried after started our company that time also that same answer he told. Again june month we called he told today time is over no issues you give details tomorrow will do the policy. Then we called him next day now he told that invoice date was before 2month so policy system don't accept cannot do anything. Now our cargo was damaged around 8lakhs product is gone. Where can i go for claim why we should deposit earlier. So kindly help us

                                This is to bring to your notice that i have made/completed a non-oicl motor policy renewal online on 27/4/2019 at 17:56 as guest user, but got no intimation about it nor did i get my policy details.

                                I had called helpline support [protected] they asked me to waite for 24 hours but got nothing, later again called them they asked me to again enter same details and follow the process and during payment it will show as payment already done for provided details and can download my policy, but facing issues in portal as while entering type of policy does not show options (Tried multiple times), again called support and they asked me to drop a mail to csd.

                                This has been a very bad and frustating experiance for me as the process is not customer freindly at all, kindly request you to help me in getting my bike insurance policy.

                                I have dropped a mail to csd and beena ji as well but have got no response and today customercare executives are cutting the call everytime i call

                                  My scooty got accident yesterday but i am waiting for sarvayor. Company customer care said sir you will have to wait for 3 days because today mahashivratri then saturday then sunday. Oh my god my scooty leakage oil, how i can wait for 3 days.

                                  What a rubbish company, please "koi bhi policy lo private hi shi h availability to hai any time"... Now i am waiting for monday surveyor sir is come he will inspect my scooth then make quotation then repair... Till now "preshan hote rho"

First aid treatment reports. 3. Mir scan doctors certificates. But i submitted all the documents fir in local language (Tamil) how can convert hindi/english. First aid done in government hospital not issue any reports, but i submitted all private hospital reports. Mir films, mir reports& all medical summary also send. Not accepted the above points and delay my reimbursement cash.
