मैंने अपनी दो गायों का इंश्योरेंस यूपी पशुधन परिषद की स्कीम से उप चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ सौरभ गंगवार राजा रिजोला पटियाली कासगंज के द्वारा कराया था जिसका कवर नोट नंबर 128366 vanay kumar mishra village ladhauli post bahora patiyali kasganj up pin code 207243 mob [protected]!
13 जनवरी 2018 को जिसमें मेरी एक गाय 5 सितंबर 2018 को खत्म हो गई जिसका के सर्वे 8 सितंबर 2018 को सर्वे करने आया था और डॉक्टर गंगवार ने पोस्टमार्टम तैयार किया था 10 दिन तक मेरी गाय का ट्रीटमेंट हुआ था जो कि डॉ सौरभ गंगवार ने ही ट्रीटमेंट किया था आज मेरी गाय को खत्म हुए 8 महीने होने जा रहे हैं और जब मैंने आप की एजेंसी hibl मैं पता किया तो उन्होंने मुझसे कहा आप नेहरू प्लेस मंजूषा बिल्डिंग में जाकर पता करें जो आपके कवर नोट के पीछे लिखा हुआ है तो जब मैं नेहरू प्लेस गया तो वहां पर उन्होंने मुझसे कहा मेरे पास रिकॉर्ड नहीं है और आपके सर्वेयर ने आपकी फाइल नो क्लेम कर दी है आप उससे फोटो मंगा लें और आपका कुछ नहीं हो सकता आप की गाय के सीन वाली जगह पर डेस्क लगा हुआ है इससे पता होता है गाय के सींग नहीं है मैंने उनसे कहा सर जी जब मैंने गाय का इंश्योरेंस करवाया था तब भी मेरी गाय का फोटो खींचा था तो उसमें सीन थे और जब मेरी गाय मरी तब भी उसका फोटो खींचा था तब भी उसके सिंग थे अब इसमें मेरी क्या गलती है तो उन्होंने कहा कि अपने डॉक्टर से पता करो उन्हें क्यों नहीं लिखा कि इसमें सिंह नहीं है मैंने कहा वह आपके ही तो एजेंट है अब इसमें क्या हो सकता है जब मैंने डॉक्टर से पता किया तो डॉक्टर ने यह कहा कि मैंने सिंह वाली जगह पर डेस्क लगाया है इसका मतलब यह नहीं कि गाय के सींग नहीं है इसका मतलब यह है कि मैंने शिंग मापा नहीं और ऐसा मैंने इंश्योरेंस जितने भी किए हैं उसमें सब में ऐसा ही किया है इसके बाद मैंने कंजूमर court mein complaint ki आपकी की जिसका कंप्लेंट नंबर 1268598 है

Surveyor behaved very bad with me, i had already registered a case about this on consumer court but still i didn't get my claim. Company refused to pay my claim. Sir kindly please take some action on this and please help me to get my claim.

i attempt to do car insurance on 8th april 2019 at around 12 pm.
i recieved message from the bank that money is paid but it the webpage of policybazaar.com it showed trasaction error.i contacted to bank and they said that transaction was done.i want refund of money....

Tatpashchat 27/2/19 ko dobara claim form bheje, parantu abhi tak (2varsh 10 mah) pashchat bhi dawa raashi prapt nahi hui.
Maanniy, se aagrah karta hoon, is kaary ko sangyan me lekar humen atishrigh anughrahit karen.
(Mai pahle bhi complain sammit kar chuka hoon.)

My santro car got accident, my idv was 130000 as per policy document,
Total repair estimate is 180000, company is not approving the eligible repair cost,
They are asking to consider this car in total loss but not ready to approve full idv (130000),
They are just bargaining with me for amount they need to pay for total loss,
Offering me 70000 only, thinking to go for legel against them.

Sir i am nitin rawat and i am a policy holder of my two wheeler insurance of oriental insurance company. On 5th of december 2018, i lost my bike reg no. Dl8sbz5813 and reg ph. [protected]. I have completed all the formalities regarding the claim. I have submitted all the affidavit on dt.[protected] after submitting all the affidavits they told me that they transfer my claim amount in 3 or 4 working days. And today is[protected] till i didn't receive my claim amount and not they telling that due to month end payment will transfer in a week.

I have complaint in insurance company regarding claim of tyre is not consider by company which is damage in accident under zero del claim.

Till now no any reply given by insurance company regarding my complain

Our car baleno zeta up 32 jv 1237 had damaged in an accident. It's tyre and other front and back side part damaged. We have deposited our car in bright wheel workshop chhatha meel. After inspection of oriental insurance company surveyor. Tyre was not considered and mail to bright wheel chhatha meel that the your front tyre was not corroborating with the cause of accident.
I want to explaining and clarification about why are not considering my front tyre by your surveyor. If it's not corroborating with the cause of accident. Hoe is it possible new tyre will be burst in normal course.

This is related to delay in settlement of my car insurance with oriental insurance company policy no: 131300/31/2019/47392
My car accident happened on 14/01/2019 in the evening around 8.00 pm at my residence while moving for home, same time i called the customer care to book complaint but they told me to approach local branch and on the next day i approached local branch and book my complaint. As per their instruction i take my car to nearest showroom in lucknow, also concerned surveyor reached at site and all formalities completed. As per showroom technician dismantling was not possible on same day. Finally my car ready on 25/01/2019. After paying total amount of rs. 56, 140.00 and pay surveyor fess rs 3100.00 received my car that time also surveyor was present to check running condition of my car and on next day i submitted all necessary documents regarding my vehicle registration certificate, dl document, final bill as received from showroom as well as i prepared and signed all documents as required by insurance official. But sorry to say till date my settlement is pending without any reason and every time i approach local office concerned officials tell me they are proceeding and little more time required, hence i request for your kind intervention to resolve my issue. They do not receive my call.

Dear sir/mam, i have purchased a mobile vivo v9, and insurance i have taken from oriental but since nov 2018 my claim is pending and no status till date,
Please confirm me the status as reliance store from elante mobile is also not in condition to help me, i am so much harrased kindly to the needful.
Else i have to go to consumer court for the same, first i will wait for your reply.

Renewed my car policy from policy bazaar, policy bazaar executive filled all the details and provided me link. I clicked on link and bought policy 211200/31/2018/182198. From[protected] to[protected].in oct 2018 i made claims amounting rs41000/-. But oriental repudiated the claims without intimation. Later on asking they informed me that the ncb was claimed wrong in policy. I was unaware of the ncb and its calculations. It was not willful concealment. Even it was filled by policy bazaar. Now on asking oriental, they asked me to pay ncb recovery amount 4253. I paid that too, but now they are not assisting me to settle my claims.

I am holding oriental insurance policy through punjab national bank. As i am suffering from breast cancer and treatment is been taking in bharat cancer hospital, mysore. This is clear case but medi assist refuse to pay the claim amt., and mr. Govindswamy, from oriental insurance is not obliging to settle the claim. As the treatment giving to me will come under insurance payable. I herewith send details of my claim.

My husband was an employee of accenture india.
He had health insurance policy for himself, me and his parents from oriental via accenture.
Now he expired on november 2nd. And we did not know about these policies until now.
Got the information from the hr department so trying to check with the company to renew his parents policy. They say its more than 1 month so cant be renewed.
Please do understand that this is an unusual circumstance. And answering so bluntly has no meaning. Instead of trying to help us the call centre people are cutting the calls on us. I did not expect this behavior from oriental.in human gronds at least allow us to renew his parents policy. We will pay for it directly from our end.

Even though the policy certificate is in hand, the provisions related to the bhavishya arogya policy is not available with me, as it is not issued. May kindly provide the details thereof (Either soft copy or valid url for the same is also ok)
Above information shall also include all the terms and conditions, provisions & operating mechanism of the policy
Vide the endorsement letter dated 11.06.2004, the date of commencement of risk is 30.09.2019.

I renewed my policy no and the payment deducted but then it showed that renewal was failed due to payment failure. What's the matter?? Please resolve this. Please refund my money. Amount of 1852. Policy no. 422800/31/2018/10148 please resolve it quickly. Now my policy has been expired and i have to renewal it. So please refund me quickly. Thank you.

Regarding the above subject i wish to state that the claim lodged on 17/09/2018 and after the vehicle is prepared the bill is submitted on 04/10/2018 for rs. 20900/-.

The claim is not still settled. Many enquiries on phone and personally are made and the response is negative.

I wish to request you that this is inordinate delay in settlement of the claim. Please look into the matter and get the claim settled.
