Date of loss-18th march, 2015 In this case external surveyor submit his report before 1 month but till date i have not reserve my claim payment, even no call or msg for any kind o[censored]pdate from insurance company for my payment. also call at navsari branch but there is no proper guide for same. requested to you please look into this matter.
