Policy No. 254003/48/15/02381, Claim No. MDI 211089. (Mediclaim) Before admitting to Mother at Hospital I have taken permission from their TPA MDI on 11.02.15 and agreed Reimbursement Rs. 3, 00, 000/-. Condirmation also Recd on 18.2.15. After discharged, I have sent all original documents to MDI, They further required some additional documents, I have also provided.But til date I have not recd claim. They told that pl. contact Insurance Co., My request is that, if they told that this type of illness is not covered in claim, then why I admit my mother. My exps 317525/- already done and now Ins. co, refused to give claim. What is the benefit given to me. Even at the time of policy making, Agent not convey that which illness is covered. Even at the time of permission, I have cleared Hospital name, Drs name etc. please help me and reimbursement as soon as possible VIPUL AGARWAL M [protected]
