Sir we are not receiving our claim amount till date (29/05/2017) after submitting all necessary documents of our policy no 192000/31/2017/5712. Document submitted in month of dec -2016. After documentation we already compliant telephonically and in local office also. But we are not receiving positive response. So please issue our claim amount as early as possible.
