Oriental Insurance Company — denial of claim no 18847733 on a wrong statement written by medical officer from patients grand daughter

Patient is a non smoker / non alcoholic and a claim of rs92k had been denied,
We had approached meddi assit office and the oriental insurance office many times regarding grievance, they use to say it will be done shortly and is under process, it is almost 4 months after and still the matter is not resolved.
