Sir,
I have payed money for renewal of my two wheeler policy ( policy no. 441702/31/2015/13619) by using my debit card. The policy was worth rs. 670.
They says that renewal of policy is not effected. And they are not refunded the amount yet.
I am submitting this complaint after seven days of payment.There is no reply or any response from the support portal of oriental. I need my money back

I received an e mail from oriental, it mentions that payment reversal were successful. But i did not get my money back.
