I HAVE CALLED THE SECTOR-14 BRANCH 6 TIMES AND IT SEEMS LIKE YOU PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE A PHONE!!. I CALLED AND THE FIRST THREE TIMES THERE IS SOME DISTURBANCE AND AUTOMATICALLY THE AGENT OF YOUR COMAPANY STOPS TALKING AND TALKS TO THE MAN OVER THE PHONE WHO TELLS HIM ABOUT A CHEQUE FOR 15000 HE HAS TO GET AND FORGETS OR I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENS TO THEIR PHONES BUT IGNORES THE CUSTOMER'S CALLS OR DOES NOT KNOW I'M THERE AND I AM SAYING HELLO FOR THE NEXT FEW MINUTES.IS IT SOO HARD TO KNOW THE STATUS OF THE HARD COPY OF A POLICY?! YOU LEAVE ME ON CALL FOR 5 MINUTES MAKING ME SAY HELLO AND NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING AFTER PICKING UP THE CALL, CAN YOU NOT SEE IF THERE IS ANYONE ?!!!ONE OF YOUR AGENTS EVEN TOLD ME TO CALL THE DELIVERY BOY WHO PICKED UP THE CHEQUE SAYING THAT HE WILL HAVE THE RECORD WHILE THERE IS A SECTOR-14 STAMP ON THE TEMPORARY POLICY ISSUED. YOU ARE A GOVERNMENT BODY, BUT PLEASE DON'T EVEN THINK FOR A SECOND THAT YOU CAN JERK THE CONSUMER AROUND LIKE THAT BECAUSE I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE NEXT LEVEL
