Oriental Insurance Company — Medical insurance claim not reimbursed

My policy number is 231303/48/2016/384.

I took the overseas medical insurance from your company.
Period of insurance was 8/10/2015 to 02/03/2016.

I suffered from high pulse rate so medical tests were done (Cardiac cumulative and fbc test).

Now i have applied to reimburse the medical expenses but your company is not settling the claim. I am ver disappointed with the response.
Please settle my mediclaim.
