Mediclaim policy no: 442600/48/2018/1, claim no:14915526 Patient admitted at mosc medical college kolenchery on 17/7/2017 & submitted all documents for cash less treatment. But tpa medi assist rejected the cashless without explain any reason. Severe negligence from the tpa. I think cashless is not a bounty of tpa. I need cashless & justice urgently.
