We have examined your issue in a length & found that the assessment which was made by final surveyor was over the amount which you have paid to dealer as well as outside due to wrongly addition of VAT amount whereas the prices of parts were including VAT, hence, your complete claim file was sent to our DO Vapi for necessary correction in the survey report from final surveyor, which is still awaited from them although we are regularly in touch with them for submission at the earliest. Kindly bear with us till your file is received from our DO Vapi after necessary correction in your survey report. We deeply regret for inconvenience caused to you. Now the file is again send to vapi survivor for calculation mistake, increase in salvage value & deduction of 15% in local purchase of parts now kindly justify why a customer will safer for your negligence as far as salvage is concerned i will deposit in your vapi office/jodhpur office on your conveyance charges & i will not bear 15% deduction on local purchase as i have paid on for this part, since this part was not available in agency & my car awaited 7 days for this part.
