Oriental Insurance Company — Non receipt of claim amount after 30 months

My claim number is [protected].
Raksha tpa claims that the amount has been credited in my account. In spite of sending them bank statement of the account they are not crediting my account till now(after 2 and half years ) of passing the claim.
