Sir i have KTM RC 200 and my bike crash in road accident on 28 i submited my bike on 1 july the surveyor of oriental is pass my bill that time and misplace my submited document after i collect my bike now surveyor is saying that my insurance cant be claim because insurance had a gap period between privious insurance pl? Help me that its insurance surveyors duty to see all document and carefully submit the ducument and even my insurance had a gap period of 1 month and gap period is allowel for 3 months
