With respect to the bellow mail ( Query ) received fm. The Emeditek, regarding to the policy continution certificate fm. oriental insurance co. I have requeted more than 6-7 times to the concern person but getting no response. i.e. you are kindly requested to pl. help me to get clearance of the pending Medi claim.

Pl. find the attached all the policy documents requires for the bellow confirmation for your reference.
