This is to bring to your kind notice and appropriate action against my claim which is pending from 3 months without any resolution.
I would request your kind intervention in this matter with immediate effect.

Vehicle repair work already completed 2 months back, this was after confirmation from the local surveyor, now the claim is not processed because the final report is not submitted by the surveyor, hence the show room people not giving the vehicle to me.
Now I am in deep trouble, I don't know what to do now, I am still paying the monthly EMI to the banker.
I have called many no.of time to the customer care, they advised me to contact the nodal officer Mr. Sanhit Polamuri, mob: [protected] and cliem manager Mr. Sudhakar Babu mob: [protected], I have not got the satisfactory response from them. I have a compliment in IRDAI, IGMS token no:[protected].
Now I am getting pressure from the Showroom to take the vehicle delivery, 2 days back I went to showrooms to see the vehicle condition, its abandon in stock add, i am worried about the vehicle condition,
This vehicle was gifted to my sweet daughter, she is asking about it daily, which is very difficult to answer.
Surveyor is wantedly holding the cliem by not submitting the final inspection report, hence delay in taking the vehicle delivery.
He is taking advantage of it, and not submitted the final report to the insurance company, hence I am stuck here.
I am not willing to pay any kind of benefits to the the surveyor to satisfy his grievance.
I would request your intervention and to my satisfactory resolution.
