I try to renew of policy by online mode.1st time not response from site, so I again renew . Policy generate but amount Rs. 997.00 paid two times. On dated 29/11/2015 Policy No.224403/31/2016/3449 SBI transaction reference no. ESBI[protected]IG0BBMVTW6 ESBI[protected]IG0BBMWFK8 Please refund amount Rs.997.00 in same bank A/C.
