I am officially raising a complaint regarding the above-mentioned order, as neither customer service nor the contact center has been able to provide any resolution despite repeated follow-ups.
The order was placed on 22nd March, and since then, the issue remains unresolved. On multiple occasions, I was informed that I, as the customer, was unresponsive or had requested delivery to a different address. I would like to clearly state that both claims are absolutely untrue.
The delivery agent explicitly refused to deliver to the address provided in the order and falsely claimed that I had requested delivery to an alternate address. Furthermore, the agent stated that he would have to pay extra to deliver to my given address, despite the fact that I had already paid for home delivery. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
Since then, I have made numerous calls to your contact center and sent multiple emails, yet I have received no satisfactory response or resolution. Instead, the same incorrect explanation has been repeated, placing the blame on me without any validation.
I am extremely disappointed by this experience and the lack of accountability shown so far. I request an immediate investigation into this matter along with a clear resolution, including either successful delivery or an appropriate refund/compensation.
