I have joined oriflame in december 2012. I ordered Rs 1250 every month according to company rule i will got gift of Rs 2076 + optimal set of Rs.2000 but my seniour madam Mrs. Shraddha Mishra cheated me and stolen my all gifts provided by oriflame. After that i was very disappointed and i quit from oriflame for such type of frauds. Now madam again called me and said to continue your work only b'coz to make her points.

Shilpa...this is exactly what happens when u join without knowing the reality of the person...u may now call me at [protected] n i shall help to het ur products n free gifts...u can very well complaint about it in Oriflame n I can guarantee u tat ur upline can be terminated from Oriflame for such an action...

    I have joined the oriflame company by Sept 12 and place the order for almost 4000 in month of Sept.
    and as per oriflame new joining offer , due to completion of first month 100 BP points , now i was eligible to get free gift of worth 700 rs in second month by placing minimum order.

    But what i have seen is my upstream team leader(Sangeeta) have already placed the order and also oredred my free offer gift worth 700Rs without my information.

    and when i spoke to her that why she has put the order at my user id without my information ? and why she has claimed my gifts .. she misbehaved with me very badly.

    and again she repeated the same story in month of Nov, to get my 3rd joining gift of Oriflame white serum capsules and diwali gift .

    every month she ordered before me with my customer id and get all my gifts.

    Even i don’t know , how she managed to get products outside instead of my home address which is registered with my profile. As per oriflamme policy products should be delivered at my registered home address/delivery address :

    This is completely cheating/ fraud what she is doing with me every month.

    I have joined oriflamme as I thought this is a big and good company which always take care of her customers and clients but what I have experienced with your company from last 3 month is exactly opposite.

    Hope you will help me out to get all my gifts (atleast for month of Nov) as this lady (Sangeeta Mehta) has again placed order before me and claimed all my gifts for this month (joining gift and Diwali gift)

    Kindly cancel the order[protected] for month of Nov , in which she has claimed all my gifts. SO that this time she won’t be able to do the fraud with me.

    I will place my order via phone / online .

      Kindly note that Oriflame marketing agent Simran Arora, registered on mobile number [protected] (optional number - [protected]) is sending abusive messages which are highly derogatory to customers. I am an avid purchaser of Oriflame products but with such people on their team, it is a shame to deal. I have the SMS she has sent me. I would request you to take stringent action against such ill reputed people on Oriflame's list of vendors as they tarnish the image of such esteemed products and organization.

        Oriflame India Pvt. Ltd. registered with IDSA in India sells duplicate products in Delhi Branch, Block-M in Conaught Place. Oriflame import its major of products from Poland when it launch any of the product very first time in India but when we order the product next time, it becomes made in India- Mfd. by-Silver Oak, situated in Noida, U.P.
        On the other hand, Oriflame market itself in India as ORIFLAME-NATURAL SWEDISH COSMETICS. Examples: Tea Tree & Rosemary Face Wash & tone Gel, Giordani Gold Mineral Therapy Foundation, Very Me Skin Glow. Many of the products sells like this.Kindly suggest who can stop this game.
        Can anyone tells how the product becomes NATURAL SWEDISH COSMETICS IN INDIA???????????

        Oriflame India Pvt. Ltd. — Non-Availability of DTC Buses on Route No.522 & 521 in Dr.Ambedkar Nagar Depot

        Dear sir

        with above mentioned subject i would like to tell you that i am not getting the proper service of DTC Buses on Route no.522 & 521 in the morning from 7.30 to 9.00 o'clock.I have to reached office before 9.30 in the morning but sometimes i have to suffer.This is not only my problem.This is everybody's problem who are travelling by DTC buses on Route no.522 & 521.

          after applying optimals white day fluid spf 15(liquorice extract + whitening complex) i noticed my skin becoming very dry and i have found rashes & small pimples on my face. now i have stopped using this but my face is now very dull and dry i have applied gulab jal ,boroplus,boroline,to get rid of dry skin and to get rid of rashes and small pimples but there is no relief. my mother also used this cream and her condition was also same. oriflame is one of the trusted brand and i had not expected this.
          now i don't trust oriflame products.

          Hi Varsha,

          I somehow agree with ur point as Optimals range does not normally suit everyone. May be the person whi suggested u this cream was not very well versed with the products and skin type. U may write to me at [protected]@gmail.com to get the best prod tat suits ur skin and gives u a good glow.
          This product doesn't suit me... I have a combination skin but this day fluid product makes my skin oily and dull... Please suggest me some products which is suitable for me...

          The ingredient in this range is a whitening ingredient some sensitive skins which have allergies to this ingredient do show such results.

          You can return the product to the company or the person through whom you took it. In exchange can order anything in same price.

          Please do check your skin type and its need. I have been consulting Oriflame products from past 5 years and got great results.

          i have some pimples on my face and started using orifame products ..tee tree oil and white foaming cleanser, , , , , can white day fluid spf 15 suit me
          I wanted to tell you these oriflame cosmetics not manufactured in abroad or imported by oriflame..It is a foreign company and they say it is foreign producta are manufactured in india itself.. The main thing is they keep the product in stock room for long time till it get sold and they clear by giving offers every month.. People they dont know about it and happy to buy the offer thing and suffer like you.. actually this kind of companies should be blocked by india since they concentrate more on MLM business than selling their products.. anyway hope some one can hear you and you will become alright soon.tc

            The problem is with the courier company. This is why we say to everyone to buy/send stuffs through a trusted consultant. We have been sending couriers day in and day out but have never heard of any complaint from any of our customers across India. You may write to us at [protected]@gmail.com i[censored] wish to send/buy any prods. We assure you to send new prods with bill.

              Very true about the oriflame business, its totally making people fool.
              When I got introduced by this lady(Ms. KP. B) name in abbreviation because don't want to take her name publically, if anyone want to know her name, can email me). I never knew she's just trapping me in her net.
              She called me in some event, rather than the office in Cannuaght Place, new Delhi. Where they show some nonscense event, just to make people aware and fool that Oriflame business is best opportunity for them. Then, this lady head few helpers who asked to fill the registeration form and asked for Rs. 300 for it. Gosh... they were fooling me I didn't knew that. And this lady gave me 3 catalogue of oriflame. I didn't mentioned anything. juss told me that in 2 days I will get oriflame kit. Now let me tell you its more than 2 weeks now. No starter kit, nothing, juss telling me to give business of rs 1200, then that amount would be refunded to me. Gr8. Now tell me one thing this lady never called me, I was the only who was giving her reminder about the oriflame start-up kit. And what she told me that in one day we have something special for me coming. Nothing next day happened like that. Then I again reminded her about the same, then she told me one more day to wait. Then I got pissed of because next day again nothing happened. And let me tell you before she was trying to introduced me to this business she used to call me like anything. WOW! wat a FRAUD.
              Then next day I asked her to refund my Registration fees of Rs. 300, then what this clever lady did, she got me registered online, and made some other person my sponsor. And I started getting all such sales call from oriflame to make business. Now, tell me as nobody gave me consultation regarding the business terms & conditions. How would I do it? As I now read these complains against this business, now it alert me, thank you to all who suffered. But I was lucky that only rs. 300 was the penalty of loss for me, as I know these people will never return my money. And this lady , who thinks she is very smart and says that she Top 15 INDIA at Senior Diamond Director at oriflame and earns 2.5 lacs per month...hahahaah, law should take legal step against her and oriflame, for cheating people like this.
              People over her have Big attitude problem, they think that they are earning very good. One lady in her speech told that she earned 4 crores in 11 yrs. Then let me tell, if a single person earning, more than 5 lacs, can earn more than 5 crores in such span of time. What a big fooling people here?
              They say, in just Rs. 300, one can earn big amount, tell me one thing, Ist you have to apply those produsts on yourself, that means 1st spend money, that means no earning only expenses, because none of your fren will directly purchase anything from you like this, without any good feedback on the product, or nobody will become your downline, if people like here have such attitude problem.
              One advice to people who are thinking to join this business, please 1st try to judge this business, dont pke your nose in this business without any deep analysis of the profit and loss of your own pocket. Because if you think you will benefit out of this business, then be alert, you will only make your sponsor rich and oriflame. And as they say they take you to places, thats just some kind of bribe. Thats it!

                hello,
                Iam sonal singh. I joined oriflame consultancy in february 2011. I placed my first order in march 2011, in first week (via oriflame indore zone,ph[protected] . When I received my order, i found a product missing i.e. urban sheild foundation- code 15086. i made umpteen calls to the service centre, every time a new thing was told to be done eg, doing a fax of the invoice bill, sending the original invoice via post,etc, etc.
                i did them all without fail. almost 2 months have passed. nothing is done.
                i called the head office, they too paid no heed to the complaint, asking me for tentative REBATE . but iam not ready. why was i made suffered for so long? for mere rebate.?
                iam regretting my consultancy and not daring to place my second order.
                moreover, ive'nt got my Rebate confirmation too.
                iam deeply upset with oriflame and feeling cheated.
                please, my humble request to you,
                please do the needful.

                  My wife is a consultant of your company,She had about 55 down line,Her consultancy Number is 2734261 in kolkata, I deposited xerox copy of my wife's PAN Card,but few days later your office staff denied it,Then I again deposited PAN Card on 23rd October 2010,They want not acknowledge it,after my request they agree to acknowledge it,

                  Now till they deducted 20% from bonus amount (commission) yet I have a acknowledgement copy from your office. I talk to your staff Mr.Surojit, Mr.Rahul and also Br.Manager, They did not co-operation with me also their behavier is very bad,they want not to talk about this matter,and insult me in your office (Oriflame)and not solve this problem.

                  So,I request to you Please solve this problem, 2. Whey deducted 20% after deposited xerox copy of PAN Card. 3. Who is responbility for my deducted amount. 4, we want Co-operation and helpful, politeful person in your kolkata office.

                  Respected Sir,

                  It is to intimate that I have purchased one White Nettle & Papaya 2-in-1 Anti Dandruff Shampoo and Conditioner weighting 200 ml (code no. 7028) for Rs. 179/- of your company during first week of August, 2011 from Mrs. Saroj, sales lady of your company at Yamuna Nagar.

                  In this context, it is to intimate that the subject cited product of your company has given me re-action, as after using the same, it has been seen by us that "SCALP MAY JUAI HO GAI HAI OR ROUGHNESS, DULLNESS HO GAI HAI, which gives us very trouble, it seems that the aforesaid product of your company is of very poor quality.

                  It is, therefore, requested to kindly refund the amount of Rs. 179/- alongwith harassment charges to the tune of Rs. 5000/- within seven days hereof, failing which I shall file a complaint against your company before the Hon'ble Consumer Forum, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri.                     I am a consultant[protected] of oriflame and i felt that the company is cheating with us. They make terms and conditions in favor of the company not for customer stisfaction.
                    Recently I ordered 8 no’s of products (Invoice Sl. No.[protected] through telephone. When I received the parcel after full payment of Rs.1956.00, I found that item code 18998 was not present but the company received the full payment from me without any intimation. For this type cheating I call to helpdesk 3 times & they just told me that may be product is out of stock. I ask to helpdesk person that when the product will be in stock? They just ignore me & told you have to call us and they are not bound to send me the product, I am house wife so its very tough to go to the “59 Chowringhee Road, Kolkata -20”. After that I called helpdesk several times but no update !!! Today morning one of the helpdesk person told me to go “59 Chowringhee Road, Kolkata -20” with bill & collect the product.
                    My husband went to the “59 Chowringhee Road, Kolkata -20” but the store boy again said that the product is out of stock, Then my husband go to talk with the WORTHLESS MANGER ( Shantanu ) & told him to return the money because without my concern you can’t take the full amount (don’t want CRM). If oriflame can make the CRM amount is equal to the price of product + interest + 12phone call charges + our harassments. Then oriflame can make that amount as CRM.
                    But the worthless manager is not agree with that so what will be the mentality of a customer. Oriflame is not a cheater ???

                      To the head of ORIFLAME,
                      negligency in picking calls, they dont hear our problems while telling on phone, if i explain my complaints clearly, they tell us ''mam we dont have time to listen all ur complents call us later like that''.the hyderabad oriflame 'spo people' is the worst 'spo people'.
                      please focus on my complaint for oriflame's betterment.
                      * ORIFLAME products are really good but the problem is only the negligency of 'spo people' especially at the hyderadab branch.

                        i have joined oriflame and at the time of joining there is an offer with some points.and that programe is for 3month program.i have completed 1st prog buti didnt complete 2nd prog and then i completed the 3rd crieteria but they are not ready to give me my 3rd gift, they are saying now that you didnt completed the 2nd stage that is the reason m no eligible for 3rd gift.my complaint is that WHY THE SAME THING OR CONDITIONS WAS NOT INFORMED TO ME BY ANY OF MY UPLINE NOR THEY HAVE ANY WRITTEN TERMS & CONDITION FOR THE SAME. this is totally cheating. and now im trying to sort out the complaint by sending mails to there mail id and there manager Mr, Vaibhav Khosla.he is not even ready to answer my mail. I dont think so ki that person will help me to sort out the complaint...please forward this complaint to higher authoraties and help me to sort the same...

                          I wrote a mail to the Oriflame team on 14th Apr, 2010 regarding my complaint for a few products. However, inspite of reminding them twice after that, they still haven't replied me. This was the mail that I wrote to them on 14th Apr,10 :

                          Dear Oriflame Team,

                          This is to inform you that certain products bought from your company are not upto their desired standard. Some time back, I had an order for 2 sets of anti-ageing range for hair.

                          However, the whole range was returned to me saying that they were damaging the customer’s hair and was making them hard. So, I had no option but to take back the products. I somehow used the shampoos myself and felt that the customer’s complaint was right. But since I had paid for them, I did use them. Since, both the anti ageing conditioners and leave-in masks are still with me as none of my other clients have been interested in buying them, so last week, I thought o[censored]sing the leave-in mask personally only. According to the expiry date mentioned on it’s bottle, it can still be used. However, as soon as I opened it to use it, I discovered that it is already expired.

                          After attending your training programme on hair care, I had bought the curly hair range for myself as I have curly hair but I was really disappointed to use it’s shampoo and conditioner as my hair started to fall off like never before after using it and they also became very dry and hard. Hence, I could not take the courage to use it’s leave-in mask and damage my hair any further so it is still lying with me.

                          There have also been many times when the products ordered either by me or my downliners had either one or two years old manufacturing date on them and the customers have refused to take such old products from us.

                          Kindly let me know what to do with such old products delivered to us by the courier man and also about the conditioners and leave-in masks that have already expired before their expiry date.

                          It is not possible for me to come to the Oriflame office as my health does not allow me to do so. As far as I know, Oriflame gives 100% guarantee for refund if the customer is not satisfied.

                          I joined Oriflame with a dream to make it big but am really upset by such incidences. It has really discouraged me and my downliners to buy Oriflame products with the trust with which we all once used to buy it. Oriflame is a big brand name and such sad incidents were never expected to happen by it.

                          It’s a kind request to send your representative and take such products back from me and refund my money for the same.

                            I had paced an order against my Consultant no. 2142179. I recieved a bill for Rs. 1566/- which was paid by me to the deliverer directly upon recieving the parcel at my residence. Upon openning the parcel I realized that I had been billed for 1 Pure Skin Blackhead astringent but have not recieved this in the packet of products ???? My order was taken by Ghanshyam on the 23.02.2010at 9.45 am. I have tried calling up the Oriflame immediately at all numbers, but all the telephone numbers are comming busy ?

                              I AM A CONSULTANT SINCE OCTOBER 2009. I HAD ORDERED ENIGMA EDT THE PRICE MENTIONED IN THE BROCHURE WAS RS. 1890/- WHICH WAS TO BE BILLED TO ME AT 1512/- BUT ORIFLAME BILLED IT TO ME FOR 1752/-. I CONSULTED MY UPLINES BUT NOTHING WORKED OUT SO I EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES. BUT THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO EMAIL ME EVEN ONCE SO I CALLED THEM UP AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXEC TOLD ME IT WAS A PRINTING ERROR AND THAT EXCESS BILLING AMOUNT CANNOT BE REFUNDED BACK AND THAT I SHOULD SEND THE BOTTLE BACK TO ORIFLAME( WHICH IS ALREADY SOLD TO THE CUSTOMER). SO WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THE MATTER? KINDLY GUIDE ME THROUGH THIS.

                                I wanted to order for product nos 20903, 13909 (2 pieces), 13914 (2 pieces), 21278 (2 pieces), 13851, 2499, 2498, 15281, 17242, 18224 ( 2 pieces), 10635, 10638 . The booking was opening on August 6, when I called on 6th I was told the product is already out of stock. How am I suppose to serve my customers if all products r out of stock?

                                I have to convince my customers for the products first but I get no support from the company for the products. It’s very discouraging.

                                  Oriflame Cosmetics(India) gav the training & we became members of oriflame.
                                  The company does not feel necessary to disclose the terms & Conditions properly which proves that company does not have any ethics.They did not disclose that if your bill does not go beyond 1000 Rs then you have to pay the penalty of 35 rs on the total cost of bill.

                                  This is something which proves that companies like oriflame make their business by cheating consumers.Something which other companies who are in direct selling business does not do.

                                  There are other people as well who are already got cheated and left the membership.
                                  They did not feel necessary to raise the voice but i seriously feel for other citizens of my country and did not want others to be cheated by such companies.

                                  i completely agree with ms toshiba jain.she is being prudent and aware citizens like her have helped many people.i firmly believe that filing petition against Oriflame in consumer court was correct step and such companies should compensate consumers.roots of such companies should not be allowed to grow in country like India where more than 75%of people fall below poverty line.right and justice should be given to Toshiba Jain and company should compensate for the mental and financial stress caused to her.

One got hundreds of products and one got nothing .                                   i am a consultant of oriflame and i never felt that the company is cheating me. they make terms and condition clear when you join the company and the customer care executives are really very supportive. i dont know what happened in your case but i am veyr satisfied with the services of the company adn the products are really good.

                                  @Barkavi you got pimples after using this cream because this cream is for dry skin and i think that your skin is oily. adn if your skin is oily you shoudl not use something made for dry skin.

                                  1. when you signed Consultant Application Form did you take efforts to turn & read the Terms & conditions they clearly mentioned on it, it is a legal document which you signed without reading it.
                                  2. In your stater kit Green colour folder you get consultant manual which also mentions about all these facts, on price list also it is clearly mentioned.

                                  So plz don't flatly just say that company cheated you.

                                  I am Aanchal Gupta member or oriflame i am agree with sonal jain that if you read the term and condition properly you want face any problem like 1000Rs purchase or 30 Rs penalty, but i would like to ask Ms. Sonal that if term and condition has so much of important than would you like to please tell me that:-
                                  Firstly When i became member of so called co. oriflame i was assure to get Rs 200 product free on my first order, I order Products for Approx Rs 1400 in my very first booking instead of Charging 1200 Rs they charge me full 1400 Rs I paid to courier boy full money further approached to their cp branch after waiting hours and hours I thankfully got someone to ask for query and what she told me that you will get your 200Rs back on your second purchase of 1000 Rs product, what the hell was that what if I don’t want to order anything in next month my money got dump. I am not the only one facing this problem there are so many people out there facing same problem…..
                                  Secondly the product which we recieved is almost one and half year old where researchers shows in reports that cosmetic should be thrown after 6-12 month max to max 18 month but we getting the product already expired and when I ask for it they said oriflame product have 3 year life cycle some body plz tell me now whats that oriflame trying to tell us that research was wrong if not then why don’t researcher mention in research report EXCLUDING ORIFLAME PRODUCT….

The upline managers are not accessible and do not give correct information. It was never told while joining that, we have to make a purchase of min 1000/ to claim your gifts offered even after making the necessary welcome points. I feel completely cheated, and would never recommend to any one. I have to refused to add any new recruits under me seeing the attitude who are associated with this company..

                                  Iam sorry that you people feel you were cheated. Its natural too but its not the company but your mistake as all the information s clearly mentioned on the website. Only if you have bothered to read the instructions and delivery terms. Law says it is company's duty to disclose the terms, but if you miss out on them because of your carelessness or ignorance than its your fault and not company's fault. They clearly mention that free gifts would be given following month on an order above handling limit. Please read the material completely before complaining. If you go the website all these things are clearly mentioned.

                                  All of you who are disappointed I think it are quite natural to feel that way. Even I m doing this business for 1.5 years & I have heard those "eager to serve you” , out of stock products etc etc ...

                                  Infact I had quit Oriflame somewhere in November & started selling Avon products (sasta & tikau)

                                  Then one fine day I met Anamika (Director), one look at her & she reminded of my mother. Btw my mother is a Housewife, very contended to be at home & feed her family. So when I met her I was like its not going to work at all, how could I try to restart with a person who looks so simple, she doe not even know how to speak English. & here comes the famous BUT

                                  she has been to Sweden & is all set to go to Paris this year (with her husband of course) all paid trip from ORIFLAME. she is earning 45 - 60000 on a monthy basis. How do I know this : she has a tendency of xeroxing every cheque that she has ever recived before cashing them in..

                                  I joined back Oriflame in April for the 4250 they were offering free..

                                  I havent looked back since then I have 35 members under my name in 2 months flat...

                                  There is one girl who wanted to join this business but did not even had 300 rs for joning. I paid her membership only to find out that she ended up joining 3 member of her own & personal sale of Rs 4500. Yes she gave me back the 300 bucks that I had paid for her membership (with a small box of mithai :-) ) .

                                  Im not advocating that Oriflame is good Company & every one should join in blindly. But do some homework before signing on that terms & conditions.
                                  The most important step is to check if you can speak to Sponsor, Mgr, Director. The reason is there would be months wherein some of the your order is out of stock this is where Anamiks(my Director) has helped me a lot.

                                  She keeps a list of all the unwanted products that her team has ordered for the sake of completing 1250 or getting to that 100-150 BPs for that scorching bag, , , , Now the job gets easier all I have to do is call that other person who does not have a order but has the product that I want for my customers. I can either pay her or exchange with anything that she wants & I don't.

                                  I hope all your troubles come to an end & you find your sucess path just the way I did..(btw im hoping to reach 21 % this month - wish me luck...)

                                  i have achieved 18% title in just 5 monthsand in 1st month i got cheque of Rs350 but now after 5 months i get regular cheques 4m Oriflame of Rs[protected].
                                  it actually depends on your sponsor, how much she helps you...i know many of them are not helpfull at all but thank god my upline is very very helpfull and so is her.
                                  i myself helped my members in achieving their points by adding my orders in them...

                                  ya there is shortage of products but that doesnt mean that it will last 4 the whole month you should check after every 3 hours or so the stock gets updated after some time. and you should ready your orders on 31 of every month to place the order for the following month.ordering starts 4m 1st of every month and i place all my orders at 8 o clock in morning on 1st of evey month and believe me all your products will be instock. so next time place your order b/w 8-9 on 1st of month.
                                  and yes Oriflame has shea butter in all its lipsticks so its recommended that you store them in refrigerators. one of my ordered lipstick was defected in got full rebate so in our city there is no complaint regarding the products refundment.i got so many products exchanged.

                                  My Consultant # is 3744239 (Shipra Wahi) and I have joined in last month i.e July'10 only through another Consultant # 3742244 (Kanak Sharma).

                                  I was happy joining Oriflame because of the response that I was getting from the orders but it failed in the second month only.

                                  I placed an order for 2729/- Rs on 02nd August'10 and it was dispatched from CP Branch office on 05th Aug'10 i.e Thursday. I spoke to customer care representative on the same day @ 15:00 p.m. and she said it has been gone and as it takes 24 hrs so it will reach by Friday or Saturday. I asked her to give me the name of Courier agency as i needed the order on urgent because of customer's requirement. But she stated that she dosen't have any info.

                                  I waited till Friday afternoon, but no delivery happened neither I recived any call from any Courier agency for address confirmation and again I called up customer care and i waited for 10 mins on line but there was no response and than I called up on board# and receptionist over there was not even ready to listen about my issue and she just stated to call on customer care number and disconected the call and I again tried calling CC# and finally got through one rep by the name of Divya and she said the same things which another rep said on Thursday but she told me that name of the Courier agency is Urvashi Couriers and no phone# and location was provided. I tried googling it but was fail to get the info.

                                  Than Friday & Saturday both gone and there was no delivery of packet and I placed another order of 1251/- Rs on 5h Aug'10 i.e Thursday @ 21:00 p.m. and I was in regular touch with 'Kanak Sharma' and finally she went to CP branch yesterday and she spoke to Vaibhav over there and he spoke to Urvashi Agency people and told them to deliver the packet on urgent basis on Sunday morning i.e today and than I recived call from courier agency @ 18:10 p.m. from 'Vinay' and he stated that packet will be delivered in early morning and he confirmed the location from me via Kriti Nagar and after few minutes I got another call from 'Lalit' who is the owner of the agency and who also committed the same things about the delivery of the packet.

                                  Today in the morning @ 11:30 a.m. I personally called up Vinay (Courier Guy) and he said he will call me back again and after 2 mins I received call from him wherein he stated that the courier boy has alreday left and will reach @ 13:00 p.m., I told him becuase of Sunday I have to go somewhere with my family and will be available till 12:00 p.m. so try and deliver packet by that time and he said it will not be possible and disconnected the call and than I informed the same to 'Kanak Sharma' and she spoke with 'Vinay' about the same but there was no solution and than I spoke to 'Lalit' again and took his official address and came to know that the office is in Geeta Colony and he told me that Courier Guy has went on bike and will be there by 13:00 p.m. and I told him that no one will be available at home and his response was give money to any neighbour and they will deliver it there, I told him that's not fisible and I asked him the resaon for delay in order?

                                  'Lalit' said that his guy was unable to find the location and thus packet came back and there was no phone # mentioned on that and initially he thought packed has reurned because of house locked and he never bothered to confirm the exact reason from courier guy or to call Oriflame to confirm my phone# and address and he had a very casual tone while talking and was continously laughing and 'Kanak Sharma' was also listening to the conversation through con call. I asked him to give me the number of courier guy who is coming to deliver the packet and he said he dosen't have any phone and he cannot approach him by any ways. I told him that if the Courier person will reach after 12:00, I will not receive the packet.

                                  'Vinay' reached at my place @ 12:54 p.m as per my watch and I told him to sit and wait because 'kanak Sharma' was on her way to CP branch to solve the matter and when she reached there she found that no senior managment was available because of Sunday and than I took the packet from 'Vinay' and ask him to speak with any person in Oriflame and inform them that I am keeping the packet with me but will not handover the money and he was laughing in very casual attitude. He called up some 'krishan' in ware house department and pass the phone to me and Krishan asked me the resaon for non-payment and when I told him that these people are fooling me and telling all the lies to me, so for that matter I want to give them a lesson and he said 'Madam why doing it just pay him and pass the call back to him'. I handed back the phone to him and he again spoke to him and than finally he returned back and asked me what is the problem ? I told him that the entire problem is happening since 1 hr and now again he is asking about the problem. I told him to leave from my house and get the appology letter from your owner and take the money from me and than he smiled again and left.

                                  Just now, I have recived call from 'Syed Abdul' (As per him his designation is Senior Manager Sales & Marketing- syed.[protected]@oriflame.co.in) and he spoke to me in very rude way and I responded him back in the same way and he said that he is going to file a complaint against me as I ahve done crime by not giving the money to him. Being on such higher position he has no courtsey and manners to speak to a lady. He said he is just concerned about his money, I told him I am ready to pay rite now and he can give me his account # and i can deposit the amount rite now and he can take that and he said that I should come to office and pay it and his said I have the dead line for tomorrow and also he has spoiled his Sunday just because of me as if I haven't spoiled it, I tried telling him the entire conversation but he was not interested in listening to it and said that I can come to office to resolve the matter and he was taking his Courier Agency's side only. He said I have showed cheapness and i have problem in paying that don't have money with me. If i would not be having money than why would I order and also I have paid on time last month whenever order has come in...

                                  Now, here is my ask ?

                                  Is it fair that Oriflame Vendors can lie ?
                                  Within how much time the packet gets collected from Vendors from office ?
                                  How much is the time for a delivery of packet ?
                                  Being an independent consultant, why we cannot directly speak to Oriflame senior mangment people over the phone ?
                                  Why customer care rep's don't have the complete information about the Courier Agency's & Orders PO # ?
                                  My some orders have alreday been cancelled just because of the delay in order, who will bear the cost for them because I don't have any personal requirment for that things ?
                                  Are your senior managment people talk to Consultant's in rude way only ?
                                  I have listened from people who have given the order in July'10 in advance as they wanted it for gifting someone and their dates have been gone, Why I have beared the humiliation ?

                                  I would appreciate a response which can be helpful and satisfactory for both the parties...

                                  Oriflame has started this new thing in Mumbai 1 rs for order form. When u go to oriflame offer u need to purchase that form for 1 rs and fill it and give to them. (the order form u get 10000 forms printed for 300 rs). Juz check the amount of Profit Oriflame is earning from each branch everyday

                                  You need to wait until your turn comes. God knows it may take 2 hrs-10 hrs for yr order to be placed then yr bill and then the payment and then the collection.

                                  If you place an online order then u compulsory have to make 100 calls in order to know when your [censored]in order is going to arrive for which u need to wait in phone call line until the exceutive gets free from his/her earlier calls. So be ready to pay your High tekephone bills

                                  Third thing when you place the order on the very 1st/2nd day of the month u get to know half of the products are not available. That means i[censored] place an online order and u need the products at home and if the order is below 1500 then u have to shell out 70 rs for home delivery.

                                  I[censored] don want it at home then u have to wait like a big over there for hours and pay 35 rs in orifame office. This is the way Oriflame earns money.

                                  I juz need some help of some few members who can support in starting a forum for entire India. Once we get 1000 members who are against oriflame then we can shut down illegal things happening in Oriflame.

                                  We can also ask the media to intervene in between such things.
                                  hey.. chandannasta, i agree with each and every word you are saying. i'd joined the company three years ago and i found it a totally unehtical company. they send old and expired prodcuts to the members and then dont even listen to them..most of times the products are not available (specially when there is offer on them) and when you somehow manage to get them ordered they will miss the prodcut in your courier..so ultimately you have to go to thier office to get it where again you have to wait for hours. so if you are planning to take any legal action or something like this i am with you, just let me know what are you planning to do.
                                  I would like to inform you that I have already marked an email to the Board of Directors of Oriflame, the COO and CEO of Oriflame and I have received a email in reply from COO Jesper Martinsson saying that Regional Director Fredrik Widell will take care of my situation.

                                  I just don want my alone situation be handled. In India the total industry of Oriflame is more than 800, 000 crores. The per day profit may be more then how many crores I cannot assume that.
                                  I want to see that every Indian who is experiencing any issue in Oriflame should post in this consumer forum so that we all can help him.

                                  We also need to start an external website where we can get as many members asap. I can even put in some money and will also require the same help in monetary terms as well as some legal terms.
                                  If we need to fight this company then it should be done in a legal way. I know most of the media channels. They will all help us in dealing this situation

                                  No doubt the Company is good, only it needs some changes in the management and in customer service as well as delivery.

                                  I just want everyone to spread the word out to each and every friend of yours who is a Oriflame consultant to post their problems that they are dealing with Oriflame branches/offices over here so that we all can read it. We need at least minimum 1000 members in the external website which I am thinking to start soon.

                                  Also I would require everyone to save the bill, invoice number and make a note of your branch name, details, the delivery guy’s name courier name everything if they fall into any situation as such.

                                  Even if you make a call then make the note of a person’s name to whom you are speaking and the time when you called up and the contact number so that when we have to take a legal action we can ask the telephone company to show us the bill if the Oriflame company backs out saying that we did not receive any phone calls.

                                  So you need to be smart and ready with all such things. If possible I would suggest every one of you to install Phone recorder which records everything you talk. So whenever you call up Oriflame note the timings you are kept on hold for any situation and try to record such calls and let me know so that we can submit this as a proof.

They took money for the product ordered and when I opened the pack, wonder colour lipstick worth 320 was missing. this happened in Jan 2012 and till today i am calling customer care and have also mailed regularly and every time they dont respond positively. After two and a half months i am told to scan the invoice copy. Customer care people are really horrible. They made me wait without picking my call for 32 mins one day and they disconnect the calls without speaking after making us to wait for a long time. After my manager's intervention they mailed me back after two months and now they are asking me to courier invoice or scan. They have made me loose my trust on the . company. I have spent more than the lipstick amount in trying to contact these cheaters. Somebody help me. Can I lodge a complaint in consumer court.

                                  I agree with the fact that the company offers clearance or offers for product and does not have enough stock of it. The condition is you have to place an order for 1500 Rs to get the courier charges free. There are situations where you want to place the order and not have stock of any product that is on offer. The only day of getting all the products is on the first of every month. Who ever misses to place the order on 1st of the month, they will not get the products on offer. They want the consultant to achieve the target without supplying the required product in right quanitities. They should as well not disclose the offer to all but to only their top people.

                                  There is no proper channel to pass the feedback to their company. There is no proper return channel for defective / damaged product. Even if you want to continue your consultancy, you end up being discouraged and not have motivation to continue. Just to match the order for Rs 1500, end up having a stock of products that you may not use.

                                  There should be some strict action on their policies and curtail them from cheating people further

                                  Oriflame Cosmetics(India) doesn't given any training to me beside on the basis of material given over website, i have joined but i am also getting proper response from the Oriflame Team.

                                  I have ordered for Rs. 1435 and I have received 2 items short, beside that on asking the Director SPO Rajkot, she has said that there is no any type of prescribed complaint procedure, I will make complaint to Ahmedabad Branch and they will return your money back, but beside since 4 days I have not received my money back.

                                  Further as per the Oriflame company policy it may be possible that if customer is not satisfied with the item of Oriflame, they can return the goods within 30 days as per return policy prescribed over in.oriflame.com, but beside that the director SPO Rajkot says that without any type doctor certificate regarding not proper cosmetics for the skin or else, they will not accept the goods.

                                  As such I am unable to convince the customer that company is not accepting the goods back, but customer is not convinced as such in website it is written that company will accept the return goods if it is marketable (in tact).

                                  Further I have also tried to contact over telephone to Ahmedabad branch as well as Delhi branch but no response is received on phone.

                                  Please do needful in this regard.

                                  My name is Mayank Pandey from Lucknow. My consultant no. is 2520356. I am writing to inform you that the cosmetics we ordered from your company have not been supplied correctly.

                                  On19 January 2015, we placed an order with your firm for Rs. 2807 with invoice number[protected] of Consultant- 2519343, Karuna Pandey. But when I saw my order 1 quantity is missing i.e. "sophisticated handbag-28101". I informed the hazratganj office in Lucknow immediately to revert a mail for following reasons. Official persons said to me that they have sent your mail as such problem. But today I went to oriflame hazratganj office and they said that your bag has not come yet. They asked me to go to any cyber café and scan a copy of that invoice to their email id. On 23rd of January 2015 I have given them the original invoice for this problem concern and they gave me a duplicate copy of that invoice. But this is a wrong thing that you make your customer run here and there. He said to me that today is closing day and I do not hear complains today.

                                  Please take strict action for the problem.

                                  I am a regular buyer of oriflame products like BB cream, lipstick, Veryme, Wheat shampoo and conditioner. I went to my dealer on 17th night 7:00 PM to order few cosmetic. When I placed all my cosmetic order, I saw this perfume: POSSESS, Possess Eau de Parfum which was for Rs. 3000. I ordered it. But on Friday morning 8:00 AM, i called her up and said I want all other products but this perfume is very expensive. She said she has placed the order. I asked her to return but she started shouting on me, that it will be her loss and crying in front of her neighbors. I am from reputed family so I brought it home, but I am feeling cheated because of oriflame as she said oriflame never takes back order once placed. She said she was also not aware of this terms and conditions. Please sort out this issue.

                                  Also she said if she cancels all the order she has to pay 500 penalty so for me she will not bear a loss of 500 Rs. I still have the perfume. This incident is just a week old. If this time the case is not solves I don't get my money back, I regret to say I will not use Oriflame products and advice my family members to stop using it as I am badly cheated.

                                  I had ordered 2 very me eyes shadows from the february catalogue from a local agent here in siliguri but the products she got me are about to expire.One expires this May 16 and the other in Oct 16.I have asked her for replacements but she has refused to do so.Isn't customer satisfaction the primary goal of Oriflame?? WHAT should I do?

                                  Such a big company but no process or management nothing. They only know how to make money. They need advance money for the products but when its time for refund its more than 8 months they don't response of mail also.I regret i became member of such a bull company.Kindly refund my amount. For such a small amount they are taking 9-10 months.
