Myself j b agarwal booked a 300 yard plot with the same company. On initiation and personal assurance of mr gaurav dhodhy, entire payment was done till 2013. After completepayments met him in gurgram office in june2013 j, he assured its allottment in next 11 months.
Since then he remained missing including his office.

Last call he attended on 12/10/18 and informed if he can not register the plot in november 18 he will refund money with interest. There after he is not answering calls. I booked a 300 sqds plot in bhaskar enclave 2 in 2006 vide their receipt nos and got plot no alloyed g189 and g190 each of 150 sqyards i paid subsequent installments as demanded by the co. So far they not given possession of plot. Repeated efforts to contact them have failed.
I request you to please help me in the matter. At least, pl tell us what is happening...

Gaurav dhody was working in orior developers in gurgaon office and took cheque from us for amount of rs 400, 000 for giving plot in bhasker enclave, jaipur.
The cheque was given in 2007 and from 2007 he is fooling me and everyone that he will register the plot, giving lame excuses and still the plot has not been registered to my name.
This person should immediately refund my money with full interest....

The plot was booked lon back and the entire payment was done till 2014. Mr gaurav dhodhy had promised its registration by dec 2015 which has not been done till date. Mr dhodhy is a busy in cooking (Might be /not be with orior).
No office. No working no or mail.

A clear cut case of cheating.

Possession was supoosed to be given five years ago, but till date there is no registration and no possession.

False promises, only number which is working is of my gaurav dhody, but he doesnt care to pick the call even once.

This is a clear case of playing with people's hard earned money, and once you receive the money you just hide

I have made a booking in karjat maharashtra project in 2007 and made 80%of payment by 2008 there on ward's no progress and every time contacted give some excuse showing government delay.
Recently in october 2018 when contacted and aked for refund of my money he requested to wait till dewali (Mid november) if no progress he will refund with interest. Now trying to get in touch with him he not answering the phone

Since 12 years of allotting plot, they have done nothing, no registration, no possession. Have taken all the installments. Gaurav dhody promised us that he will get the plot registered within 6 months in april 2013 but till date no reply is there from the company.

Few years back when i had approached their gurgaon office i was told there has been a litigation & the issue will be resolved soon.

Now with more than ten years there is still no sign of any kind of communication from the developer's side on the status of bhasker valley

Orior developer we trusted u in 2006 any make a decesion to buy your plot but now we r thinking tht we did a huge mistake. We met ur employ mr gaurav dhody very big fraud guy he is. They had pre-launched this project in 2006 "selling Dreams" and we booked two plots of 200 Sq. Yards each. We have paid all the money as and when asked for. We have all the documents with us. They allocated the two plots in H Block however possession is still pending from JDA (Patta). Mr Gaurav Dody always assured of getting the Plots registered with JDS about 10 years back but nothing has happened till date. Our hard earned money is stuck...

I had booked a 200yds plot in february 2007 & installments payments were made as & when demanded by the company till 2008.
From 2009 onward there is no communication from the company & even visiting their corporate office in gurgaon did not had any results.
I request you to kindly prevail upon the company to come forward & finish the possession formalities or inform us about their exact status.

Booked plot in bhaskar valley
We have been cheated no response. And nobody picks the phone our money is been looted by this builder. 10 years no information and refund of our money from this builder. No news of plots registered by us.
We request consumer redressal to take strict action against the builder and help us retrieve our hard earned money....

I also booked a plot in 2007 in bhaskar valley and have already paid 50% amount. The remaining amount was to be paid after registry on our name which is pending till date. I have contacted mr gaurav & vikas dodhi on various occasions. 2 years back i had met mr gaurav at his dehli office but didn't get any satisfactory reply he only made excuses. I have all the original cash receipts and related documents.
