I booked a plot in Orior's Bhaskar Enclave -II along with other 4-5 people and all o[censored]s were allotted plots in K-Block of the Scheme. All o[censored]s made the total consideration towards plot amount in installments. However, later when we tried contacting the company for registry, we came to know that Orior did a fraud for the Bhaskar Enclave II project and all it's offices were shut down.

It would be really helpful, If we can also join the case already lodged against the company and it's promoters.

Had booked a 540 sq yrds plot in Bhaskar Valley, Karjat, Maharashtra in 2007, made 80% payment but no possession was given. All offices have been shut down.

I purchased 250 yards plot and got it registered with JDA but till date possession has not been given

I had booked one plot in Bhaskar valley at Karjat, Maharashtra in pre launch scheme and paid the required amount. There is no further information available from developers.

I was allotted plot in bhaskar enclave 2 after full payment as per terms and conditions. But till date I have not received any intimation regarding registration. Kindly guide how to proceed. Corporate office closed at Gurgaon and not able to contact.

I have booked a plot of 360 sq metr in the project Bhasker Valley’ by Orior developers and paid the entire amount long back. No information about the status of the project for the last several years. I wish to sell of my plot. However the developers are not responding

We applied for a plot in their project bhaskar Enclave II, and deposited full & final payment with them, but as of now there is no communication and none of the contacts are reachable.

I, mrs kamlesh gupta purchased a plot in bhasker ii and alotted plot no g141 . We have already made payment in full and final. Also we have submitted completed file for
registeration/patta of plot at their gurgaon office to mr gaurav.Now developer is not available for reply.Please help

We applied for a plot in their project bhaskar valley (Mumbai) in 2007, and deposited arrond 4 lakhs with them, but as of now there is no communication and the office is also closed, directors and staff is not traceable.
Please help us to get our plot or our money back with interest.

My father purchase plot from orior developers in 2006 & full payment was done as and when developer demanded, now their gurgoan office is closed and all contact number which i had is switched off, i also want to join others who have already filed case against them, kindly share contact number. My plot size is 270 sq. Yard, as per allotment letter it is in b block.

I had booked the plot in bhaskar enclave-ii in 2006 and made the full payment but the developer did not handed over the possession till date. Developer had closed the office no response all the telephone switched off. I had approched the nclt and the case was already regd. Against him. The next hearing is on 7th nov. 2019 in bench no. 5 in nclt court. My no. Is [protected] kindly maximum owner who did not get the possession may be present on that date so that we may request to the hon'ble court that to take the stick action against the orior developers for not handing over the possession.

1. I booked a plot of 200 sq yard in the name of my daughter akanksha sharma with registration no. 404-f and paid total premium to above mentioned company date wise as follows:

2. The company offered a 360 sq yard plot registration no. 039b in their bhaskar velly project at karjat on a preferential basis for which i have paid to them date wise as follows:
(I) 19/12/2006 rs 72000
(Ii) 23/6/2008 rs 62010
(Iii) 27/8/2009 rs 62010
Total rs 196020
3. The company sent a letter for registration 11/6/09 for the plot at jaipur and has taken all documents for registration from us. As my daughter was abroad, on the advice of the company, i got power of attorney for me to complete the registration.

4. I have visited the company’s office at 416, akd towers, sector 14, gurgaon many times. Every time the manager used to tell that they had not got date for registration from the jaipur development authority (Jda). For last one year i am finding their office locked.

5. In response to rti, the jda replied that there no project with them from this company.

I want to join others who got cheated by orior
Lets raise complaints against them and sue them jointly

Gaurav dhody and their director closed all the offices, gurgaon office, aya nagar and jaipur office. We have to unite and go through legal process.
There are two three addresses where they are receiving notices,
They will do false promises, they will neither refund money nor give you possession, they are not coming appearing in any court dates.

I booked a plot of 300 sq yard in june 2006 @2189 per sq yard in bhaskar ii and allotted the plot no i-86, i made the full payment but the till date i had not received the possession of plot nor the money refunded to me. I try to contact to the orior developer but no body is there and office found closed. Kindly help me in this regards & i may be obligedme.

Myself j b agarwal booked a 300 yard plot with the same company. On initiation and personal assurance of mr gaurav dhodhy, entire payment was done till 2013. After completepayments met him in gurgram office in june2013 j, he assured its allottment in next 11 months.
Since then he remained missing including his office.

On 17.11.18 he called me and asked three months time to complete the management issues. As per him the directors infighting is over and the all the customers who had deposited their emi would get the aloottment.

After three months again he his missing.
I have his voice call in record.
I would be filing an fir of cheating, fradulant financial dealings with jaipur police.

In 2007 i booked a plot and paid 3 installments by 2008 only one instalment left, from there onward the developer is giving false information /promises are made about the project status. Last call he attended on 12/10/18 and informed if he can not register the plot in november 18 he will refund money with interest. There after he is not answering calls. It seems there are several other in the same status. My name is nageswara rao tati.

I booked a 300 sqds plot in bhaskar enclave 2 in 2006 vide their receipt nos and got plot no alloyed g189 and g190 each of 150 sqyards i paid subsequent installments as demanded by the co. So far they not given possession of plot. Repeated efforts to contact them have failed.
I request you to please help me in the matter. At least, pl tell us what is happening in the matter. There are many complaints with you on this matter.

Gaurav dhody was working in orior developers in gurgaon office and took cheque from us for amount of rs 400, 000 for giving plot in bhasker enclave, jaipur.
The cheque was given in 2007 and from 2007 he is fooling me and everyone that he will register the plot, giving lame excuses and still the plot has not been registered to my name.
This person should immediately refund my money with full interest.

I booked a plot in Jan 2007.and paid all EMIs...but despite of repeated calls there is no response from its GM Mr. Gaurav Dhody or Sudhir chauhan. Previòusly Mr Dhody u0company not responding.its office in Gurgaon has been closed.can you provide relevant details of company contact No's.company earlier registered some of plots..now company and its men not tracable...pls provide company details and contact nks
