Orix Enterprises — harassment and sending legal notice

Hi, i am ankita. I have rs 300 to start a work with orix enterprises. They signed an agreement n also used my photograph and video.. I could not complete my work as my mother is a cancer patient 4tg stage she is in hospital.. And for extension of time they are asking to pay 8500.. I am a student and could not pay such a huge amount as i am from a poor family.. Now they are harassing me and giving warnings. Please help me in solving this issue.. Please
