ORPAT — Product was damaged when received, sent it back through courier, but money not refunded yet

I ordered wall clock from Orpat, it was received totally broken. I sent it back through courier which charged me additional 270 rs, but till date my money is not refunded from Orpat. Have called them many times, mailed them, raised complaints but all in once.

Please help me with the refund. Wall cost was Rs 615, courier charges were Rs 270
