I ordered wall clock from Orpat, it was received totally broken. I sent it back through courier which charged me additional 270 rs, but till date my money is not refunded from Orpat. Have called them many times, mailed them, raised complaints but all in once.

I have an Orpat product that is not working. It has a warranty period of 2 years and is still in warranty.

I am purchase orpat room heater. i am open the box the issue is double MRP Sticker pasting in the box the first mrp price is 2300rs and second mrp price is 2100rs,

I ordered a digital clock from Orpat official website on 8th July 2021. I received the product the next week but was broken.

On calling the customer support number, no one seems to be answering for more than 20 days now. I only receive an SMS stating "All our executives are busy at this time. Your call is very important to us & you will receive a call back soon" -- this call back has not happened in over 20 days, despite calling on an almost daily basis.

Now I have received a message in WhatsApp asking me to send the clock in courier to them. I have been shopping online for many years now, never have I seen such poor (or non-existent) customer service.

Orpat has THE most pathetic customer service, which might as well be closed down for good!

Never buy items from Orpat!

I have bought one light weight iron from amazon (Online) with invoice no. Bom35737549 on dt.10.10.2018 in one month o[censored]sage it stopped working. As per amazon policy i have to contact customer care of the product. I have contacted local (Surat, gujarat) service center on phone but they told me that we have closed business. Now i cant figure out the another service center in my city (Surat, gujarat). Please help to replace my light weight iron and solve my problem. I have attached invoice copy of product &photo of product.

Regarding defective item of orpat electric press and burning of plates in normal mode of operation in 2 cloth pressing onlysir,
Most sorry to inform u that such defective bitems bring the big name down in the customer relationships. I bought this item through amazon and just few uses its plate material got darkening black marks and sticky burning plates. It's very negative and worst experience till now i got. So urs valuable responces in receiving this complain and resolving issue of ensuring safe and rilablity in the customer must be ensured so please do the needful of such products o[censored]rs name and its replacement or refund of defective items as well as for better products. Acknowledge the reciept and accord priority. The image of defective items are attached for urs responces please. This is the worst products selling by amazon big name and customer value are heartening by such inferior quality product. The orpat did not responding the customer requirements of giving the right quality product. They are only responsible for the payment. Rest customer know their own what to do. This responces i got. So better to not opt the orpat product and services. Such irresponsible and fraudulent behavior is really heartening to the customer. Plz don't go for it my friends. Sir i approached so many times to gwalior network but found no action of any help, only that item has been sent to company orpat still no response. Please take action for this such forging behavior of orpatgroup. Acknowledge on [protected]

Had purchased a clothe iron from a shop in Kedaram complex in Trivandrum,Kesavadasapuram.No bill was issued and a warranty paper signed by the shop owner was given
When it was tried at home the next day the iron was found faulty .On return to the shop they it has to be returned to the company .
1 ) no bill was given by the shop and they are trying to escape from paying Sales tax
2) there is no facility to check the equipment in the shop
