I have depsoited Rs 18000/- on[protected] with ORRA Daimond Store Showroom No -190 Malviya Nagar Bhopal Madhya Pradesh.

They are not refunding my money and also not giving me any ornament against the deposited amount and asking me to keep the amount for 10 months and after that they will deduct 10% amount.

I narrated them my need and problems and urgency but they are not helping I am continuously going their store but never received satisfactor reply, they mentally harassed me. I am ready if they provide me ornament of deposited amount Rs 18000/- .

I brought Orra diamond set for 3.5 lacs in Jul-21, at the time of purchase they told me that there is some offer going in which their is an off on labour charge. When I checked the bill no break up of diamond price gold price or labour charges were mentioned. At the time of purchase they also told me that if you return the jewellery within 1 year the price you will get is 95% of gold’s current rate and 90% of diamond’s.For some reasons I wanted to return the jewellery and the price they offered was 30% less than the original again with no break up of the amount.

For the time i did purchase an product and it came out to be defective and Orra is now harassing us and not ready to refund or exchange the product with 100% amount and trying to loot

I had applied for buy back a ring on 29.06.2021 in South Extn branch. Maximum time of solve buy back products is 10 working days. But i have not receive my buy back cheque till date. So, please provide my buy back cheque as earliest possible. Item number[protected]ORG08011-D400XH).

I bought a necklace during sale from orra. They said it costs around 190000. I paid the full amount. After 3 months I asked them the return value for money back. They reverted back that it’s 130000. How can Jayanagar branch people cheat people so much? The same necklace is 140000 if I new one in josco. Why is orra cheating people so much. 60000 depreciation value. Even god will not forgive you people for cheating people so much. Other Jewelery people are Atleast truthful. Please learn to Atleast be honest in your Jewelery. I will not leave this so easily. I have put so much effort to earn money and they took 60000 like just a second.

Hello. My order number is [protected]. I have returned the ring within the time period and as per the mail communication was concerned it was informed that the ring has reached the head office. All of a sudden all the communication was stopped. I called multiple times but nobody could resolve the query. Please return my money back

I have not received Orra bill and jewellery certificatate.Jewellery with 86k was bought 9-10 days before.

Store is in Pavilion Mall, Pune.

Sales person was mandar who delivered jewellery at home due to covid situation and assured jewellery certificatate and bill will be given next day.

Have not answered my call twice thrice and not even bothered to call back.

Please take serious action.

I wanted to make purchase under above scheme through my monthly scheme as it ended in december 2019.
But to my great surprise the store people told me that you cannot avail this offer as it is meant only for new customers. Does it mean orra is interested only in new customers and not in customer retention??
By such rules i think you have assumed that the customers who have enrolled themselves in monthly scheme are at your mercy because their hard earned money is with you and you are compelling them to make purchases at your terms. I had to make purchase without availing any discount.

This attitude has hurt me and i will never go to ur store in future and if the benefit of swarwn kavach scheme is not given to me i will be forced to go to consumer cell.

I made 2 purchases from orra on 26th april 2020, till date there has been made no delivery nor are the customer care executives responding. The locking down has been lifted but their is no sign of delivery.
I am getting worried and restless everyday.

My order number is #[protected] #[protected] and [protected] while taking the order orra people were very quick to take the payment nd promised delivery after 17th may.. But now they are saying that they cant ship the product s even after government has given nod to all ecom business to resume operations.. But only orra is not shipping.. Also when i asked thay if i cancen my order by when i ll recieve my refund thay say that der will be delay...

I bought a diamond rimg worth 90000 at orra pheonix market city i asked them to redress the following issue which they didn't:
1) ring size 8 which was originally came as something less than 8. Upon asking them of getting it fixed they refused to do so and even refused to give a confirmation over mail or receipt.
2) i only got one tax recipient which just has mrp, no breakup was provided which is a norm for buying a jwellery (Nothing about the cost of platinum used, no mentioning of the cost of diamond, no mentiom making charges) i asked them to provide the same they refused saying its company policy not to do so. Upon asking to provide this in written or show me the policy that says that no cost breakup shall be provided, they even refused to do so.
I am feelin so cheated that even after investing almost a lakh of rupees and spending 6 hours of time at this store, this is what you get in return.
I need a swift redressal to this issue and i need to a complaint number so that i can take the same to consumer court for redressal.

So i brought a diamond ring worth of 19000 in 2012 from orra, noida. After 7 years, i went to orra, gurgaon store and they gave me the buyback of right 19000 or exhange rate of 21000. This means either i paid way too much for this ring in year 2012 or they are giving way too less for this ring in 2019. And they have no well explanation of this cost evaluation. No wonder company is not doing that great....

I was duped by orra. They sold me a monthly deposit scheme that could be used to buy jewellery under the existing promotions. After 10 months when i went to make my purchase, to my shock i was told that it had all been a lie. Now they are not even returning my original sum and holding it hostage and asking me to buy their worthless products no matter the offers, at their mrp. It’s a complete charade making fool of customers who had faith in the brand.

Lakshmi market store - checked gold bangles. The hallmark value said 22 karats. However, when asked to check authenticity, the karat device read 21.8 and 21.9 on 2 checks. The store said to trust the hallmark. But checked for our gold return to be valued based on device. Also, when we checked price of gold at nearby png store, it had variation of rs 300/10 gms for the 22karat gold (22960 at orra and 22620 at png on 01/12/18. However, the 999 gold we were returning had a difference of 50. (31110 at png and 30960 at orra)

I am orra customer and invested in monthly scheme since last 10 months. This month i. E on 5th of nov. 2018, when i went to orra store at db mall, bhopal to purchase my diamond product, they refused to give me diwali offer of 20% discount on diamond jewellery. 60k was my investment+ 9000 was orra's share. The mrp of my product was 88000. After discount (- 20%) the price was around 70, 400. But they ask me to pay 19000 rs. As difference...

There is a sales women named seema kale at galleria, powai branch. She was very rude and arrogant with both her words and expression to me. I had gone there to buy gold coin on occasion of dhanteras, but she acted very rudely on asking 2-3 questions about product which i think any buyer would ask if the product is worth 20k. Not only it was restricted to that time, even post billing, she kept her temperament to the highest n being ruthless towards me. She didn't accept her mistake n was taunting till the time i left the store. Instead her manager came and apologies to me. I am really disappointed with this branch service and will never suggest anyone to go and buy the product from here where the employees are not trained to be polite and humble.

I have purchased this chain form hyderabad store for my wife and it the solder of the chain had broken immoderate after wearing it for 2hours. At home. So we went to orra and asked them to replace the lock as it’s of poor quality or give us the replacement or refund but the advisor mohammed ghouse suggested us that we will repair the lock and we promise it won’t happen for the next time. And will also send to ur home town which is new delhi after 10 days. So i just collected it as mention above form south extension orra store and saw the same lock was repaired and the store advisor there said it’s been done not to worry, about it. But as soon as the next day my wife wore it again and we were just boarding the merto the lock broke off and he chain fell on the tracks of it. What kind of pathetic quality product and service do u provide. It a loss to me. Because o[censored]r stupidity of not replacing the lock and repairing it by cheap quality. I also used a 3 grams thin chain with a proper lock at it was never been broken on a regular wear of 4years i want a replacement for it.

I was regularly paying rs 5000/- as instalments towards orra jewellary at bund garden pune however the payment of rs 5000/- made in nov, 2017 has not been received by them is their say at bund garden store whereas the payment was made through debit card of vijay bank. From the bank statement it is seen that the amount has been debited however, the store people are not accepting it i have also discontinued the payment from jan, 2018 onwards kindly resolve my problem so that, i get my payment of rs 5000/- back which has been debited from the bank.

I bought a platinum ring with three diamonds on it on 14 feb 2016 for rs 61000 (Approximate). I bought it from hyderabad store and went to bangalore store - kormanagala to exchange it. They told me that the ring will be sent to quality check in mumbai and the price value will be evalauated. I didn't carry by invoice. I waited for 10 days and i was quoted rs 46000 as final value for exchange against similar ring or rs 43000 if i want to sell it.
I couldn't find any design that suits my taste so i went to bangalore-phoenix mall showroom. There i liked a ring worth same price, i carried my invoice and the store people evaluated the worth of my ring purchased on 14 feb 2016 to be rs 56000. They too sent it for qc on sat and on monday i got the call that the quality check team has no yet received the ring but there system shows price to be 46000.
I saw in bangalore phoenix mall the same ring which i bought on 14feb 2016 on display with same 61000 (Approx price).. My ask:
1) when i bought the ring two years back and even go to any orra store for purchase i was told that 95% percentage of value of diamond and plat will be given for exchange... This is not the case
2) i was told that since 14 feb 2016 prices of plat/diamond has gone down, i checked the historic chart and see the prices have been the same. Also, if the prices are up why are they selling exact same ring for same price which was sold to me 2 years back.
3) the store evaluate one price and the mumbai branch another that too with a variance of rs 10000

I failed to understand that how can i ring selling at exact same value today has depreciation or cut of rs 16000 (Approx) justified. No on explained how the exchange value of rs 46000 was evaluated, was it making charges of rs 16000 or the variance because of diamonds or plat rates gone down... Which doesn't make sense.

I'm in a fix as i cant use the same ring as it was purchased on 14 feb 2016 by me in haste and its two size up then what i wear and i need one in lieu of that for my marriage. Can some one please address and get me a better price rather a "orra choice price".

Please tell me the math's used to derive the evaluation of a two year old ring which is sold at same price in orra stores across india.
