Dear team,
I am bibekananda sethi, i had book a bus ticket Rourkela to jajpur town with online payment at paytm. My ticket was booked and Rs. of 318/- deducted from my account. But when i physically available for journey date of 21st nov 2021 there is no bus available.and from the information by osrtc agent there is no bus in this rout.but still my ticket was booked and also i had my ticket from paytm.so kindly request to return my payment as soon as possible.here some information about me & my ticket given below.
