[Resolved]  HCL Tablet — WANT REPLACEMENT OF NEW BUT MALFUNCTIONING TABLET

Respected Sir/Madam

Since the time I have recieved tablet its both speakers are not
working properly,battery is charging and discharging at very
fluctuatiung rateand smelling too and I dont want it to be repaired since it is fault
from your side.
I want my tablet to be replaced, and I am trying to raise issue with
your technical support and they are telling me to go to service center
and get it repaired, but why it should be repaired when I have not
even used it
and this problem was put to light within 1 hour of delivery to
technical department and to Sales representative (Amit Mathur from
hclstore) whom which I reffered while billing and he also just ignored
the problem now and was saying before that product would be in good
condition and that he take responsibility of product ( and all
possible lies to convince me to buy), and I trusted him (my biggest
mistake), and now after taking his commision he is not even picking my
call( I called him 15+ times).
Also neither is there "ME" logo on tablet nor is Serial no regestering
in ME Access

Now, Only thing I WANT IS NEW TABLET IN REPLACEMENT AT THE EARLIEST.,

Order placed at hclstore order no 87243 and made reference to Amit
Mathur([protected]@hcl.com)(and he told that product will be made in
Pondichery and sent to you via Noida warehouse, but within 3rd day of
order, he forwarded order on 11th june, product was delivered from
Alipur and this sounds like I am cheated)

I again say that I have got an defective piece from your side whose
speakers(both), headphone are not working(giving most dissorted voice
compared to an local phone which I have),battery is charging and
discharging at very fluctuatiung rate and smelling too and neither is Serial no
registering nor is there ME Logo on front panel and I cannot live with
a defective tablet and that I ONLY WANT NEW TABLET IN REPLACEMENT AT
THE EARLIEST.
