I also got a call from money magic and paid 7990/- from my credit card on 2nd Sep 2014. Before debiting money from my account i clearly told that im not interested but she tried to convince me and given confirmation that they will cancel it if im not interested once i receive the package. Today(10th Sep 2014) I received the package but im not interested and immediately i called them to cancel it but they are saying they won't cancel it. They are cheating people and it is absolutely fraud.

I am a victim of Magic Holidays. I got a call from [protected] on 24th Nov, 2014 at 12:50pm. The person started the conversation with saying that they are happy with my citi bank credit card uses and hey have made me their valuable customer. I thought the call is from citi bank, he asked many details for verification like my name, my date of birth and few more (I dont remember).
Then he started explaining the benefits, 4 options:
1: Discount Gold Value Coupon: 30% discount on the every purchase on selected stores and online shopping.
2: Polo sports - couple wateches - cost Rs. 5, 000
3: Polo leather wallet and leather belt
4: 3D/2N holiday 2 times in a year - either internatonal or domestic (Rs 4, 000 refund for food) (hotels similar to country inn - 4 star and 5 star)
He told that these benefits are valid for 1 year and I need to pay 1% Govenment Tax for that scheme (Rs. 7, 999) . Then he forwarded the call to his senior Manager. His Manager also asked many questions for verification like alternate number on which I'll receive call. It was clear that the call is from citibank.
After 2 - 5 minutes, I received a call on same mobile number from a lady and she introduced me as a Magic Holiday representative. She confirmed the same details and asked about payment. I told her I don't want to pay the amount. She told if there is any issue you can cancel the request and they will refund my amount.
She also gave me the breakup for this 1% Tax:
Total Hotel Cost - Rs, 40, 000 - 1% of this Rs 4, 000
and other prediction - remaining amount
I want interested in hotel option so I paid the amount. She asked my address and I gave the address for wlecome kit.
After 1 hour, I called on helpdesk and asked about the hotels. The hotels they are providing are very patheic:
Bali - Mentari Sanur Hotel - price in Feb ( Rs. 3, 478 - tripadvisor)
Singapore - Value Hotel Thomson - price in Feb (Rs. 4, 735 - tripadvisor)
Then, I called on helpdesk and I asked for cancellation. They told they can't cancel it while I made it clear in the starting itself. I fought a lot but they are not ready to return my money. (Rs. 7, 999)
I feel like cheated, I am ready to raise a complain in police. I can get the voice call data from telecom service provider.
If someone else has also faced the same problem, we can have a police complain and court case against them.
I request you to help me in getting my money back.

It is true..they even cut calls and loose money when call internationally. Not helping for any booking, Fraud company
I had purchased a membership of Magic Holidays in December 2016 from Ahmedabad. At the time of booking I raised a query regarding the process of membership cancellation. The executive ( Mr. Arif ) and the Manager ( Mr. Anunay) told me " if you cancel your membership anytime, we will provide the vouchers of the same amount or a cheque of the refund that you pay".
Now when I'm cancelling my membership they're denying to give any voucher or refund of my payment that I have paid.
This is nothing but the cheat.

I am member of Magic Holidays since last 4 years but they are big fraud company so dont fall in their trap if you are holiday lover.
They dont have their own properties but while making a member they say united 21 properties are group properties but they are worst with service or non operated because they have given to third parties to run it and they are not magic holidays properties so its big fraud.
They do fraud marketing like 1 studio apartment but non of their properties having 1 studio apartment.
They give just normal delux room with no choice. All their tied properties are outskirt areas which is get costly with taxi and our own car. Being a member you dont get feel of enjoying your holidays just you have follow up magic holidays reservation team or tied up properties team and we end with our tour with their pathetic service .

I am member of Magic Holiday Membership No MH/PUN/---- but below are the problems I have faced since I took the membership.
1) As your promised and did marketing of 1 studio apartment which is totally wrong promotion. None of your properties having 1 studio apartment
2) I have visited Malvan property in 2014 ( Room allocated to me next to open garbage area so it was stinking whole night and the property was under maintaince during that period. Property manager was passing wrong information about magic holiday to all members that magic holiday is not good and they force to allocate the room to member.
Conclusion : Treatment to Magic holidays member was average
3) Visited Kodaikanal : Worst experience with manager. During that period Karishma Asodekar was my reservation coordinator and she booked our hotel 2 months well in advance but at the time of check-in they dont have room available for me and I was with my twins of 1 year old and after my 2 hrs discussion of Karishma with manager they he gave very cold small room to me because of which my kids got sick. Manager of Kodaikanal was worst and he argued with and Karishma and waited me 2 hrs in reception.
Conlusion: Horrible experience for Magic holiday Member
4) Mysore : Excellent property good service staff is good but room allocated to us was basis because they were sold out with super delux room and 1 hr waiting in lobby to get confirmation from hotel operation person:
Conclusion: After 2 months advanced magic holidays member doesnt get room
5) Goa : Grecia cottage: Superb survice and superb staff but property is what commited at time of taking membership is not that standard
6) Mahabaleshwar : Worst service and worst rooms
7) Ooty : Good room, good service and everything good.
8) Goa : Tied up property ( Recently visited ) : I paid extra for room and all after I got promised from Snehal to get the experience of this property. Me, Snehal and Shashank from Reservation team we have seen and discussed that the rooms was suppose to get me was twin bed but when we checked-in that time hotel provided us room which was not having lift and no twin bed.
Conlusion : Magic holidays member has to suffer for this
Over all I am not at all happy with Magic holiday membership .
Look at review people are not happy with Magic holidays so please give me justice on this.

They are cheaters. Customer care services are pathetic and their sales guys are big cheaters. I would suggest not to go for their package. After paying 2 yrs maintenance (not even utilized 7N8D for 2 years), they are asking to pay per night charges (as we had upgraded the package) and not even ready to refund the maintenance and giving the hotels which are not worth rs. 1300 per night. i.e. Treebo chain...disgusting...and not even ready to pickup the calls...Unfortunately, we had paid the full amount of the package i.e. 3.82 lacs.
..these guys are making money by cheating people. You will end up spoiling your mood instead of enjoying holidays like this...One of the sales Guys Vishal Bhandari used abusive words by calling my husband and he also said that do whatever you want, nothing will happen. Such kind of people are cheating public openly and nobody is taking action against it.

I am ex employee of magic holidays, I left company in the month of jan 2018, but it's almost 3 months gone, still I don't get any revert mails or my Full & final amount, HR don't also giving reply on this, I asked many times but she always told it takes time, EMP I'd : EM00011549 If you don't give salary for the month of December then what I expect from magic holidays as an employee.
