Dtd. 04 / 10 / 2013 To, Jago Grahak Jago Sub :- Breach of trust by making false commitment by M/s Magic holiday company (Panoramic group) in demos of holidays package offer held in Dadar (W) office Ref. No . :- MH / MUM / 3809 Dear Sirs / Madam, With reference to above subject, it is brought in your notice that This company called us again and again to see and listen their demos in nearest office Dadar (W) by making lucrative offer of freebies like (1)free holiday package gift of 2-3 days at any destination in India and some other gift. On 30.06.2013 I visited their office at Dadar(w).their employees explained the package orally at office of Dadar(W) whole package they explained in oral conversation I said I don’t need this package. Because I have free traveling and free accommodation facility as I am an electrical Engineer in Indian Railways and Railways have holiday homes at all tourist places . Then employees said that you can use option of getting back full refund if satisfied or not satisfied after coming back from Ist holidays package . I asked them 2-3 times regarding offer of full refund after come back from holidays group whether satisfied or not satisfied . when they confirmed every time, then they putup a form and obtain my sign on form duly filled by them with a cheque of amount Rs.15750.00 dtd.30.06.2013 and 2 Nos. PDC cheque nos.627962 dtd.15.11.2013 & 627963 dtd.15.12.2013 of amount Rs.3945.00 each . But when I received a call from their office for verification . I asked him regarding same option of getting back full refund in case of satisfaction or non-satisfaction . He said that there is 'No'such option. I surprised and shocked then I informed him regarding false commitment of your employees. Immediately I strictly demand to send back refund to me due to false commitment done by employees . When I did not receive any call or refund from magic holidays group. I rang up to their Dadar(w) office . He gave me e-mail address for sending complaint .Then I am sent my above complaint on their email. I am regularly contacting them but may they are refusing to refund now. I again strictly demanded to send back refund of Rs.15750.00 to me due to false commitment done by their employees and stop them to make such false commitment in future . You are requested to use your effort to get back refund of Rs. 15750/- which I have not used for a singe day. You will send back my amount paid Rs.15750.00 along with 2 Nos. Magic Holiday is a big Fraud company, He invite me on[protected] that u have won two movie ticket and some skretch card gift he tell me u come office and collect ur gift, so u come with Ur wife. but when i go at magic holiday in D.T. City Centre mall, shalimar bagh, Delhi than he waste my 2 hrs and at last his relationship manager Jitender tell me that we have no gift for u than i was very disturb with this type of behavior.
totally Fraud company. this type of behavior are like cheap company.
i didn't call to magic holiday that u invite me but he invite than tell me no gift for u.

I had taken a membership of Magic Holidays paying 100% of entire membership fee.I requested booking for shirdi many times but they dont replyed now i want to cancel my membership. all Customer representative does not respond on ther tollfree number [protected] &[protected] There is no reply to the Email and repeated reminders sent to customer.[protected]@panoramicworld.biz Panoramic group, especially Magic Holidays is the worst Holiday maker that I have ever come across. Don't even think of making a deal with them. They knows only to eat your hard earned money and fly away.

I want to file a complaint against the fraudulent commitment given to me. Please find below my concerns for the same. 1) While visiting their venue, I had been explained the plan with the payment options available. After finishing, I refused to pay that much amount due to money constraint. 2) Mr. Abhishek (Manager) kept on insisting me to avail this facility and offered me different options with lower amount to be paid and use the package. 3) Finally, he offered me a sum of Rs. 27576 and assured me that in this package, he would provide me a staying of 3 Nights and 4 Days plus an ad on package of 2 Night and 3 Days on any of their locations. He asked me to go for holidays on or before March 2014 (Within this year) and if found suitable / enjoyable, I should then continue services for the next 25 years. Till then, I need not to pay anything and once found suitable, will be continuing as per the company policy. 4) I made that payment and informed him that I should be availing this package during the month of either this year December or in January 2014 which they agreed. 5) Suddenly, I have been receiving calls from your company to make the payments and to start continuing EMIs. I really don’t understand what is this all about? 6) While discussing the same to your call center, he informed there is no such plan / offer for that much amount and I have to pay those installments of Rs. 3945 every month to continue with this holiday package. I explained each and everything to them that this is what had been committed to me which they refused and constantly asked for the payments or else this will be withdrawn and I will not be able to continue with this anymore. 7) Tried to contact Mr. Abhishek and Mr. Preetam via Phone and they are not picking up the same. Sent numerous messages to discuss the issue however, there is still no reply from them. 8) I informed their call center that my planning is to go on vacations in January and they really can’t do this to me. This is absolutely against what had been committed by Mr. Abhishek and Mr. Preetam but all in vain. 9) Now I am not even in a position to go anywhere until and unless if I do not pay the said amount every month. This is really shocking for me and nothing but creating mental harassment. 10) It is really sad for me that their employees giving false promises to the people just to achieve their sales targets. (Also not including the dinner set and gift vouchers which they said will be given to me in the next 2 days as I have not received anything till date). 11) Now taking this into account, I want to cancel my plan and refund the money back to me as I have not availed any of their services till date. Please help me in extacting my money back. I would be highly thankful to you.

I have subscribed to one of the plan offered by this company. At the time of sales, executive mentioned about AMC being around 2500 every alternative year for next 25 years. Same was mentioned in the welcome letter. Company demanded exorbitant rise in the AMC as follows. 2011-12 Rs.3500 2012-13 Rs.4600 @ 31% 2013-14 Rs.5250 @ 14% On demanding the reason for such unimaginable rise in AMC, company failed to provide any justification. Only reply available is that it's company's working and have to be paid. Going by this rate, during the tenure of this plan, company can demand a huge sum as company does not have any base calculation. If they have same why they afraid to publish. I wish no new consumers are caught in such trap and they are aware about the real cost of plans or at least predict the probable amount payable. Regards, BHAVIN PANDYA [protected]

Please help me as I worked with your Magic Holiday team with 2 users and my booking has not been taken care of my with voucher I have been provided. I recently joined with Magic Holidays customer.

I need to book for chail and nobody is ready to book for me.

This is second complaint which I am filing and my issue is not properly addressed. can someone please route to Director so that I can share their names who are not helping me.

Today I got a call for Magic Holidays voucher and they cheated me for their address and they informed me wrong address. If this voucher is handed to other person then this would be a cheat case as they didn't regret.

I received call from 4 nos as shown below:

I have received sms from their no, about their address but when I visited their address and that was not there and they try to cheat that you need to come to 1st floor, 2nd floor, but we couldn't find their address.

I have sms from them that might be helpful for you to track the root cause of this problem as they would try to give my voucher to another person of their same company.

This is an offence and must be looked onto this on an urgent basis.

Magic Holidays personal contacted us about their 'great' 25 years membership for 1.4 lakh rupees. I took the membership and paid 14K upfront and agreed to pay remaining amount in EMIs. But later when I found out about the hotels which they claimed are 4-5 star, are actually 3 star hotels and many people were not satisfied with the membership, I cancelled it. When cancelling the membership they cited the rule that 14K could not be refunded because our cancellation request was after the 10 day "look up" period. I agreed to that and didn't ask for refund. I gave a written application to one Narendra, he assured me that he will cancel the EMIs. I gave the application 2 months before the start of EMI. I also sent email to their customer care. I thought he would take care of that but he didn't. And an EMI of Rs 3700/- got deducted from my account, when I contacted their customer care, they refused to give the amount back citing the same look up period. I told them it does not apply here because the amount was deducted 2 months after I gave my cancellation application. They said they did not receive any application or email. This is clearly a fraud from their side. How can I get my money back from them?

We had purchase this panoramic magic holidays plan in June 2012 from Pune Dhole Patil Road branch. Customer NO: MH/PUN/1942.
We paid Rs.14,607 by credit card as the down payment and there was a free kit given to us.
It was clear from the movie passes itself that it was all fake when we tried to use the passes in the cinemax theater.
