Had to cancel the membership after reading very poor reviews of the company and the scams it does (Now realizing the same). Applied for cancellation and got reply too from them (Attached below) in which arbitrarily 5000 inr are deducted. No issue with this but remaining amount still not refunded. Now their numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]) are not reachable too. They are also not replying to mails (Their mail-id: customer. [protected]@magicholidays. Info and arushi. [protected]@magicholidays. Info).

I seek help in this regard (Refund as soon as possible)

Below is the mail reply stating about the assurance of refund (Dated: 28/03/18)

Greetings from magic holidays!
As per our telephonic multiple conversation,
We have forwarded your details to the concern department to process the refund. The refund will be processed in your icici bank account within 45 working days. Please reply to my email with the payment receipt or card statement reflecting the transaction of rs. 20813/-
Please note, there will be the deductions of rs 5000/- towards processing & administration fees and banking charges as per the transaction.

I emailed them twice in 2 weeks but have not received any response from magic holidays. None of their contact numbers are working. I was going through the complaints and found an article in dna dated 15 dec 2017.

After reading, it looks to be like a big scam.

Myself Ranjit Gavhad got trapped with this company, I have purchased white membership plan for 25 years with magic holidays. I bought this membership for Rs.2, 50, 000/- now I came to know SEBI has attached all there properties for auction, now they have no properties. No revert from reservation department for holidays booking, all numbers are out of order. So like me there are lakhs of people are been cheated and this company has collected crores from the market, I think it is a very huge scam. So can anybody help me in getting my hard earn money back. To whom or which regulatory body shall I approach for strict action against this company. If any members are also victim of this company please call me at [protected].

I paid Rs 76000/- against travel scheme for 5 years to Magic Holidays vide agreement number 624841on 8th April 2018 through credit card and till date I have not got any kit from them nor got any membership their phone calls are now not answered and their staff says they have also been cheated by the company. This is mehul trivedi from palanpur gujarat. I am a member of magic holidays since 2014. I am trying to get booking for my holidays since last 1 month but company's all numbers are out of order. It seems that the company had cheated us. So all magic holidays members need to get together against the company for some legal actions. My mobile number is[protected]. Myself, priyanka vin member of magic holiday. I had total 18 emi which was started at november'16 to april'18.in april month it is finished then in this month 16-05-18 deducted from my account. Membership no. Fm/ahm/0066. Please reply me as soon as possible. And ensure me it will not happen in next month. And how will return this amount which is deducted?

Sir I have deposited rs 27750/-as down payment through Debit card of s.b.i..later I realized that magic holidays is cheater company from reviews of members. So I cancelled membership on dated 5.2.18. after depositing money on dated 3.2.18. with in free look in period of 10 days. Ian continuous ly writing to company through emails. But no response so far, but only assurance one time by Mr Vishal vanga assuring me of refund within 30 days. No refund and no reply after ward's. Very cheater and fraud company. I realized that we have become the victim of misselling by magic holidays sales staff who pressurised us for taking the membership without ex planning the terms and conditions. They even misguided us and never told about free look period. Important points were deliberately hided and we were given attraction for gift vouchers and coupons. I don't think all this will add value to your company besides giving bad name to it. We were in impression that we are safe with magic holidays but it seems we have been cheated by sales team in order to book business in there code.

So that i have tried to visit nearest office from where i have taken a membership, but found closed. However nobody is picking-up the phone and no response received when i sent repeated emails to magic team.

I want to cancel my membership & get refund.

Could anybody suggest the formal process of cancellation. Thanks in advance.

My membership number is mh/mu1/4457. I am member since 2012. I am trying to contact magic holidays for booking since last 2week's but they are not replying to any of my mail or phone calls. Also i tried various customer care numbers available on their website but not geting any reply. If they do not reply soon then will have to lodge a complaint with court.

I have sent several e-mails regarding above mentioned reasons, although the response from your end is zero. I am suffering mentally as well as financially due to non co-operation by magic holidays.in such situations, i am totally fedup.
It is, therefore, again request you please confirm my booking as earlier requested by me or cancel my membership and
Refund my deposited money with interest, otherwise, i will file a case against magic holidays in consumer forum, lucknow

I have request through our earlier email on your email id customer.relations @magicholidays.info for cancellation of my membership and refund of my deposited money towards membership but the response from your end is zero. Due to this situation, I am totally fedup . I am in mentally as well as financial harassment due to magic holidays because your company do not provide the reservation when we need. It is also submitted that our first experience of Panchmarhi, MP with you was so sad. In such situation, I am unable with you as a member and want the refund of my deposited money with interest. Pl release our deposited money with earliest otherwise I will be free for go to court.

Myself is a member of this company since almost 5 yrs... I tried to book holidays for so many times but couldnt get reply from customer care and other landline numbers in my city as well as from their main office in mumbai...
I tried to mail them as well but couldnt get reply from their as well... Very bad customer service from the company... I want to cancel my membership if i am not getting the service which is promised...
But dnt knw how to contact themm... Lastly i just get to knw that the company is now bankcrupt and no service will be available... Now i am thinking of going into consumer forum... Pathetic service..

One of my friend referred me to this company these people are fraud. A marketing guy named sudhakar shetty (‭+[protected]‬) came to me for the membership formalities, i was happy with his offer and paid him 24000 and he just vanished. After then i got to know most of the info he gave about the membership was fake n most of the things were hidden. It’s been 4 months and couldn’t even avail a single holiday. I have been calling n messaging that person but no response. I don’t know how can they be so irresponsible. I have sent so many emails to the company as well to refund my money back as there is no proper response but no use. So i request others not to take magic holiday membership and loose your hard earned money.

I have taken magic holidays membership in 2012 and at that time they said that your parents and in-lows can utilize this as well without any issue but later on when i asked the same to book for my parents, they said you need to pay charge. What rubbish! Why should i pay extra charge while i want to utilize it for my parents and that is what they mentioned. I filled like i cheated by them so, i want to cancel this membership. To proceed that, i send a request to them and they said, you can't get any money back. How this can be possible. I have paid 178000 to them for this membership and they said not ready to return those hard earn money. So, i want to register the complain against them and please help me to get my money back.

Im a member of magic holiday and i was due to pay 11 more emi, s to complete my whole payment for my white studio plan which i had take to enjoy vacation for 25 yrs. Two months back i was contacted by their rep and was offered to close the payments in one go and was told that i would save my interest amount. I went ahead and cleared my dues. Since then when i tried to check season chart online for 2018 the pdf is blank and when i emailed reservations team for information no one have replied back since 4 days and i have been calling all of their numbers which is ringing but no one answers. If by luck someone picks their make some excuses to put us on hold and never return. I have paid more than 3lakhs for my holidays and now i feel magic holiday is fraudulent and a bogus company. My membership number is mh/mum/5096. Can someone give me clarity. I am about to take some legal action soon if i don't get what i was promised.

Myself, Vaibhav kumar Verma, residing at Bhopal (MP).Last week on thrusday.i.e.I had received a call from your DC city office, Bhopal that I have won a 2 nigh/3days gift voucher.I visited your office alongwith my family and stey there around 30 minutes.I can fill the form also.Related to membership, I said that first we can check your services and after then decided. Your staff convinced to mail my voucher in my email id, the next day.Still after 04 days, We get neither get any mail nor any phone call from your side.This, I think, not a good message from your big group and certainly never good for your firm"s image.This will considered fraud too.Pl take necessary action relatee to this matter.

Hi this is anita kunder member with magic holidays fm/mum/0860. I have been trying to co ordinate with the team to have my bookings done fr may but getting no response from them via email or calls, in fact tried calling on their customer care num [protected] but never got connected to anyone ever. This is not the first time and now its becoming a routine and if this is not fixed then may to consider to exit their membership.
