We have 2 lifts elevator in my apartment. I on behalf of the society had entered into Annaul maintainence contract in August 2020. According to the contract, one visit per month was decided but nobody from the companey comes regularly for servicing the lifts.

I had booked complaint with Mr Nikhil in the morning at 10.00 for non working of lift in our building at A 53 INDERPURI NEW DELHI 110012.Even after 7 hrs no one visited our premises and we are without lift. We are not getti g any assurance when our complaint will b attended
You are requested to send your engineer without any further delay.

Your valued company has supplied a lift vide the above reference. The consignment is lying at the site "almaas residency" near pathalkudwa masjid, ranchi (Jharkhand) for more than a month.

Your installation team at ranchi is delaying the installation on one pretext or the other causing heavy loss to me.

The purchasers of the flats are very anxious about it. The builder also is feeling helpless and is advancing the handover date.

Please look into the matter and do the needful or else i will have to take a legal recourse in the consumer forum regarding the deficiency in services.

Hi, we have signed for an OTIS lift on 08th Aug 2019 and the team still have not installed as per the standards. There is no form answer from the tram on the aesthetic defects. We have all photos showing how pathetic is the aesthetics. Hope someone fro higher level could look into it and do the needful ASAP

I was approached by otis on my lift requirement and my only condition was that the installation should be completed in all respect by the 1st week august 2020, only then i'll place the order with otis. To which i was verbally assured by one anindita basu of otis kolkata. Being assured, i placed the order in june 2020. I was never intimated about the despatch of materials, till i persistently called otis to speed up the despatch and keep the assurances intact. Not only were they rude in attitude but they didn't live up to their commitment. Now that the materials have arrived, the installation process has not yet started (And it is already september) nor has anyone visited my site and the materials are lying unattended. Now they don't even intimate me nor call me. If the installation process does not start in a day or two, i'll have no other option but to approach the court of law. Pl. Take notice.

3rd and 4th floor switches are not working properly.

Service engineers are not attended to the issues to resolve.

Please depute a service engineers urgently

We have repeatedly lodged breakdown complaint for p block lift of anupam apartment since morning today the 7th jun 20 & just now called mr. Jasbir area supervisor but he didn't take call. We called mr. Anil rajput but met the same fate. Elderly people of our block are waiting downstairs, unable to go to their flat. Unfortunately, we have one of the worst experience in dealing with otis.

My question is in annual maintenance do your guys come for maintenance as even after verbally communicating the guy has no response that's why on 18th i raised a complaint where i was told within 3hrs concerned person will come, it sbeen 3days no one has turned up.

We decided to modernise our lift under above mentioned negotiation no. With your jaipur office.
1st payment 18/3/2019 rs 1, 80, 000
2nd payment 19/7/2019 rs 3, 60, 000
We have made 90% of the payment. A month back modernisation work was started and it was stopped after a few days due to lack of certain parts. Our lift is non-functional since then and now it it more than a month.

Is this otis elevator culture? Our organisation has 4 otis elevators. Surprised that a professional company can behave like this.

One of the otis lift is not working from 18 august 2019 in our society sai symphony mulund east pin 400081. From today morning the second lift is also malfunctioning and has not been working. Now this is a 20 floor building imagine the situation where people are staying at higher levels. We are at 10 floor and had to climb the stairs up and down with a baby. Since this is a leading company in this domain it is very difficult for us to consume the fact that a lift part is not available in a city like this. Kindly look into this and find a solution to this issue asap.

Such a big co otis only interested in money no consumer satisfaction i will say no to otis having a better option in market

Located in gurgram co executive raised a bill for sensor change for 45000/- which is already paid, senior citizens are using this lift and stuck daily for past 20 days several camplaints co person say this routine process as we are a available to get part from store my request if something big happen means die this otis co will be responsible as co is waiting for this day to happen not interested in emergency handle to given with several request

So we stay in mittal sun sapphire project in hadapsar near magarpatta. The otis lifts which the builder has installed in 6 wings are really in bad condition and there are numerous cases of malfunctioning, lift breakage which really put our lives in danger. We are really scared to push the button for calling lift to the floor. Today 1st august around 930 pm there was a free fall from 9th floor and fortunately the child pressed 3rd floor where the lift stopped, else he would have died or would have got serious injuries. He is taken to hospital and doctor is treating him.
We have lodged complaint to builder and also to otis company but the issue is never settled.in 2019 year where all the compliance and trating of lifts is done usually lifts work for years and years but these frightening issues take place and are literally ignored by builder and otis elevator company. We really feel helpless so submitting written complaint here. We all are about 1000 people residing in this society-sun sapphire, hadapsar pune. We are in really need of your help and we are ready to help in all way possible.

We have amc of our lift in our building since 2006. Recently one problem arise and even after many follow up with respective service engineer, problem still persists.

This is very unfortunate that even after repeated complaint, matter hasn't been taken up seriously and problem still persists.
Due to service negligence, if any unforeseen accident occur, total responsibility will come on your esteem organisation.
Kindly arrange immediate rectification/ proper maintenance.

We have been complaining from last 8 to 9 months and our complain is not getting resolved, even after being under 5 year comprehensive contract the required parts are not being replaced and are suffering, the seniors have the audacity to come and tell us to upgrade by spending money. Just because otis does not have parts why we should spend to upgrade that too under maintenance comprehensive contract.

This is regarding otis elevator agreed upon on 9th feb 2018 and not yet handed over completely.

Otis professional expected today at our apartment did not turn up.

They make false commitments and keep us waiting. This has been happening time and again.

Delayed lift installation, installation defects, lack of response from the otis representatives is not what is expected from a reputed company.

Having to apply leave at work and wait for the representatives who fail to visit and complete the repair works, this is not how you treat a valued customer.

I demand necessary action against this unprofessional team and the company on the whole.

They are just not answerable.

Otis lifts are not reliable.. Company charge about rs50, 000 yearly as maintenance fee. But do not provide good services at all. The lift has not working properly for the last 6 months. Many complaints have been made in this regards but without proper solutions. The lift remains out of order time and again. Many parts have been changed but fault remains even after lapse of 8 months. Communication with mr tiwari and mr. Pathak supervisor fail to give desire results, the lift remains out of orders even after lapse of 7 to 8 days. Mr tiwari could not visit the site even after 7 days of lifts fault. He fail to understand difficulties faced by residents and their families, instead he provided dgm mob. Number for contact. It is now up to dgm mr mohit tyagi [protected] to act fast and solve the issue on priority.

This is to inform that our installation process is pending since last six months now after repeated communication with your area engineer mr. Bharat who was heading our installation now comes up with a new excuse that one of the electronic part is malfunctioning and we don't have the goods in our store so we have to again wait for a month...
I am sorry to say but this is no way to treat a valued customer that too who has already paid the complete amount in advance going by the brand value of otis

So now we have no other option left for the pain and inconvenience caused by otis company and there staff that we have decided to go to the honourable court and also to social media and press so that in future valued customers like us should not be cheated by the brand value of otis..

So after receiving this mail if you don't do the necessary steps we will start the court proceedings and the social media steps to create the awareness
