Otp Express — Non delivery of order

Yesterday I had ordered veggies n other items. Order was accepted and transaction went through. Made payment through Google pay. Till now nothing has been delivered. The customer care number is not answering throughout the day. It is surely a fraud company if it's not delivering and customer care is not answering. I have also heard fom ppl who I had recommended earlier that mnay orders have not been delivered. They hv cheated many people. I tried calling the delivery boys that delivered and they also hv left their jobs and hv been cheated by OTP express .. some of them to the tune of Rs. 65000/- ... This company should be blacklisted immediately.
