Myself vijay kumar and distt belongs panchkula (Haryana). I was searching for part time job so i did registration on quickr jobs and same day a girl content me from oval solution and ask me for online captach filling work i am agree with condition of rs 3.00 per right captach of 90% correct filling out of 10000 captcha. I gave her my adhar card and mail id. I have not received any agreement from there side. I told that i am not interested this type of work and they said me ok sir. After 18 days oval solution advocate send a mail that you pay rs 8000. If you don't pay this amount i also legal action against you. Advocate name rajiv singh and contect no [protected].
Sir please tell me now what should i do please help me sir.

They sent the same e-mail to me, but little less they knew i had lawyer friends. So when i really told them to go on for the case and told them what loopholes they have which can end up them being in jail, they hung up and never called back.

No need to worry they are fraudulent organization and extort money from innocent people the same way who fear the law. Tell the go on and file a case, they will only try to scare with their words.

i am also suffered from this company. they told me that they go to leagal in court, also i pay money for penalty but they want to more for noc and termination charges, give me time for one days. what can i do .
