I had a bad experience with their food delivery for which they have added credit balance of 400 in their app. It has been removed now and they are saying it got expired. I was not told to use this balance in a limited period of time. They are making fool of customers.
I have been contacting them from past 1week but they are not responding now.
It's not a matter of 400rs, they should clear the customer. I am very disappointed with their responses. I have requested them to call back but it's of no use.
