After ordering two medium sized pizzas, the order was delivered after an hour and still the pizza was not ip to the point. The size of the pizza was small than the usual size of the medium pizza. Only one shank of paneer was placed on one slice of a medium sized tandoori paneer pizza. The pizza was very cold and the cheese quantity was very less. The cheese was dried due to very late delivery. Highly highly disappointed with the service and the quality of the food delivered.

Ordered pizza on: 09-July, 2023.
The pizza was delivered very very late. The bottom of pizza was totally burnt and slices were broken as if they were touched.
After calling their registered complaint number, the response they gave was - "I can't help with this".
Desirable resolution: I want full refund for my order.
Never ordering again from Ovenstory and would not recommend this to anyone.

I ordered Pizza from Ovenstory at 00:16 hrs. It was showing it will get delivered in 35 mins. Till 01:20 it didn’t got delivered. Later i called customer support they told due to non availability of delivery person order is delayed and will get delivered in 10 mins i.e., 01:30hrs. I waited till 01:45 there was no sign of order getting delivered so i called again. They told it’s cancelled. When i checked Zomato it was not yet cancelled. I asked for confirmation of cancellation so that i can check with Zomato as well. Within 5 mins. It was showing its delivered. Now they are saying kindly check with Zomato we can’t do anything.

I had placed an order with ovenstory through zomato, order no [protected], after 40 min I called the restaurant and the guy named Suraj said that order is cancelled and zomato has given wrong info about you. Still no refund from Zomato or update from ovenstory to zomato. Then I contacted zomato and they said that order will be delivered and the restaurent is lying. Please shut down ovenstory for this madness.

I have placed an order RS 471 order ID is[protected] through Paytm also payment has been deducted from my bank but still order is not placed.

Pls check & arrange to refund my money.

Pls look into this & arrange to refund the same asap

We have ordered two medium pizzas on 17/07/2022 at 8.25pm. but the money is deducted which is 922 rupees and order is not placed. we have tried to contact through message and call but they are unable to reach.. how to resolve this... money is successfully deducted there is no any issue with bank. they haven't shown our order in my orders category also did not provide us any order number. since one hour we are struggling to contact the outlet.

I ordered 2.5 pizzas via overstory today and the TAT mentioned was between 11-12 pm ist. Ovenstory failed to deliver it and here I am writing this mail. When I checked back with them at 12:20, they were still preparing the order.. heights o[censored]nprofessionalism! Order # 96919190

I got two half n half pizzas today. With [protected] order number. This is worest experience. Delivery is late by 1 hour. Cold pizza. Hard Rock pizza and oil spillage all over. Classic margarita pizza is very salty. Vomits are started with in no time. I need answer for this.

Of the many pizzas that I've ordered through ovenstory, today was an exception. Not only have the sizes of the pizzas reduced, the boxing too has changed. We are two and usually are left with a couple of pieces that we eat the next day at lunch. Surprised to see the small size of pieces. We usually order the combos that include 2 pizzas. But that has changed too. You no longer have the choice of sauces, certain locations do not have the choice of certain pizzas, and special instructions to change anything on the pizza are conveniently ignored, while of course increasing the prices we used to pay for the same combo just a couple of months ago. Faasos boy getting greedy much. I am a loyalist. I've eaten smoking Joe's pizzas for two decades before switching as I thought this was the closest to the pizzas that I like. But not for long. Sizes are changing, the menu is changing, the taste is changing too, and unfortunately so are the prices. I am and will now be compelled to think before I order, otherwise this was a monthly affair if not more. Sad to see this lovely chain turn into a money making and money saving exercise at the cost of customers and quality in general. My only question, where do we go from here?

This is such a bad experience.
I ordered thru magic pin, paid the bill, rider reached the store/kitchen/ waited for order but when I called to check I came to know that the store has not recd the order.
I stay in Thane and as per attached screen shots the app shows the thane kitchen address bit as per ovenstory Customer care the order is assigned to Powai kitchen.
Who is suppose to test before rolling this out?
Magic pin is just a carrier, tjey will not lose anything.
seriously, are you guys interested in running this business?

previously also this happened but I thought my family member must have made some mistake while ordering. My order got cancelled automatically and I got my refund. But in such scenarios food holds the highest value than money.

While am writing its 11:30pm and we are still strugling to get our order. Customer care executive hung up at 11:14pm saying he will get back in 5 mins after check with seniors.
I am really very upset and its ok if I dnt get a refund, but will ensure that I never buy anything from Ovenstory and will also be a detractor..

I ordered for food from a food truck from ovenstory in our housing society at around 1.30 in the afternoon, as shown on their app, I went to pick up the order showing as ready for pickup. I was informed that the machinery had developed a fault. I was ready to wait for an hour and went back. After an hour I called the truck manager, but was told the mechanic was still not there, he was apologetic and asked me to wait for half an hour. After I called him again at 4.30, still waiting for my promised lunch.. I was asked if I would like to convert the meal into dinner and recieve it at 7 pm. With complimentary extra pizza and dessert. I was disappointed but determined to see where this goes. I received my order, with a complimentary dessert, one hot lava cake, but no pizza. I asked the manager for my complementary pizza, but he said he was still facing a problem with his machine. Very pathetic condition of this company. Why send a food truck much advertised, specially organized but not functioning. Fool us with apps that lie about food ready for pick up, complimentary meals as apologies, etc etc. Gimmicks for nothing.

I ordered a pizza from Ovenstory 3 days back. The pizza was stale and the jalapeños were sour. I barely had one slice and had to throw it away. I developed a huge rash and allergic reaction to the pizza. My face is swollen like a bug bit me and it is pretty bad

I placed an order on 15th May for which i prepaid Rs 633. Few minutes later I received a call from the outlet saying that my house location falls outside of the delivery area so they will have to cancel the order. They said that the amount will get refunded and I can place a new order in another outlet. I raised the same query on their support chat and they told me that the money will get refunded in 4 to 7 business days. It has been 17 business days now and I haven’t got the refund or any confirmation on email that my refund has been initiated. I tried reaching out multiple times on support chat and every time they told me that the refund has been initiated. From the last two times they have been telling me that they will send me an email with the refund initiation confirmation. I still haven’t received that email as well. I tried reaching out on Twitter as well, but I am not getting any reply from their Twitter handle.

This was the message I received from oven story it says get 60% off, but when you go on the app and order it shows only RS 100 off. This is misleading the customer

I have placed an order in oven story. awaiting and excited to eat the unmatchable signature taste that oven story offers. I was totally disappointed when i got call from a executives stating that they cannot deliver my order for some lame reason. for your information this was not my first time facing kind of issue. Also i have placed order almost like thousands of times in ovenstory i don't really understand how can they say that they can not deliver to my address . the most irritating part is when i try complaining about my issue those people at chat donot care anything except ratings i offer and their solo aim was just to give query resolved without even resolving my actual issue. i place order by trusting the norms of faasos and the premium service they offer.but still the order was not delivered iam here hungry waiting for order.ovenstory offers the best taste in town but worst customer service.

I placed an order today with Oven story and they confirmed the order and said it will be delivered by 9:06 pm. To my suprise, they didnt even bother to say that they could not deliver the pizzas. On top of that, their complaint IVR option is useless. nobody attended the complaint. Later, I called to ask, they kept me on hold twice for 8 min. I had to remain without food throughout night as it was almost 10:34 pm.

Ovenstory has collect a large sum of money based on the order and not delivered the food. The number I called a lady states that amazon pay is down and she cannot see the payment details. Request you to please report these people as now they are not answering my call.How do I get my money back? Please help me.

I have ordered pizza on 19 sep and the money is received by merchant twice.They fidn, t refund money for the additional transaction till now

We ordered pizza on 1st march 2021 and it took 1 hr to deliver...we were late for the dinner...we waited till 10 35 pm then it came...it was cold dry and the packet were farm fresh was written was any other pizza...and in 5 cheese pizza there was a typical stale smell was there and it was dry too...my mood was badly off as we are regular customers and I have selected ovenstory after we got fed up with dominos the same way...no response from manager...very rude behavior...and he was trying to find out our mistakes instead of accepting the company's mistakes...so far so good...now goodbye ovenstory...with same story as dominos...ur entry was super but now exit is early...

I had ordered two pizzas amounting rs 285 on 14 October 2020 from oven story from the name of Vidushi Gupta. My money got debited as it was pre paid delivery. After my money was debited, I got a call from oven story that they can not deliver my order in Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad as according to them it do not come in their delivery range and told me that they are cancelling my order. They also assured me that my money will be refunded back within 24 hours. But it’s been two days now and I have got no message related to refund of my money. I have fully checked. I have ordered from them first time and my money not refunded back is such a negative experience I got as a first customer. Kindly refund my money back

Horrible service and delivery service as the food is taking an hour to drop off to your respective houses. (STILL NOT DELIVERED) waiting for the food since 8pm.

I have ordered online a pizza from ovenstory on feb 15 which coater me around rs 330 and the same amount was deducted, then later on they canceled the order from their end saying we don't deliver pizza on your location and i am till this date contacting and asking the guy named dilip from ovenstory the status of my refund. And they are not refunding the money

I ordered pizza from ovenstory website on 14feb amounting 630 rupees. The manager called me after around 25 min and said he dont have pizza's at that moment can can provide something else. I refused to take anything else and asked for a refund and he said he will do it from his side. I didnt see any cancellation massage and tried cancelling from website. There was no option for cancellation so i waited and till now i didn't get any refund. I tried calling him multiple times he didn't pick the call and now switched off his phone. On website i escalated the issue but not getting any update. Please help me.

I ordered pizzas from oven story on 14 feb 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered after 45 mins. But i have not received that order. I tried contacting customer care number multiple times but the call kept on waiting and disconnected after some time. I raised concern to online help but no response till now.
They are such big cheaters that they don't have customer care executive. No response till now on any of my concerned email and issues.

On 8th feb, 2020 i placed an order from ovenstory website for a 11 inch pizza and a mac and cheese side at 11 pm. I hadn't received my pizza at 1 am also and i got a call from the restaurant manager (Kushal) about the status. I said i don't want anything just send the refund. He said he will process it within 10 mins. I am trying to contact him currently at 12 pm on 9th feb, 2020 and he has switched off his mobile phone. Terrible management and customer service. Will take serious action against ovenstory.

I have placed an order on 31st december and not received the same even after making the payment. I have raised complaint but dint get any response from the team. They said that it has been registered but not got any response from their end. I have paid 620 for this order which is utterly waste of money actually. Totally disappointed with ovenstory team

I had a bad experience with their food delivery for which they have added credit balance of 400 in their app. It has been removed now and they are saying it got expired. I was not told to use this balance in a limited period of time. They are making fool of customers.
I have been contacting them from past 1week but they are not responding now.
It's not a matter of 400rs, they should clear the customer. I am very disappointed with their responses. I have requested them to call back but it's of no use.
