I placed an order on 15th May for which i prepaid Rs 633. Few minutes later I received a call from the outlet saying that my house location falls outside of the delivery area so they will have to cancel the order. They said that the amount will get refunded and I can place a new order in another outlet. I raised the same query on their support chat and they told me that the money will get refunded in 4 to 7 business days. It has been 17 business days now and I haven’t got the refund or any confirmation on email that my refund has been initiated. I tried reaching out multiple times on support chat and every time they told me that the refund has been initiated. From the last two times they have been telling me that they will send me an email with the refund initiation confirmation. I still haven’t received that email as well. I tried reaching out on Twitter as well, but I am not getting any reply from their Twitter handle.
