This is such a bad experience.
I ordered thru magic pin, paid the bill, rider reached the store/kitchen/ waited for order but when I called to check I came to know that the store has not recd the order.
I stay in Thane and as per attached screen shots the app shows the thane kitchen address bit as per ovenstory Customer care the order is assigned to Powai kitchen.
Who is suppose to test before rolling this out?
Magic pin is just a carrier, tjey will not lose anything.
seriously, are you guys interested in running this business?

previously also this happened but I thought my family member must have made some mistake while ordering. My order got cancelled automatically and I got my refund. But in such scenarios food holds the highest value than money.
The CRN is 78211747 and recd confirmation at 8:39pm
While am writing its 11:30pm and we are still strugling to get our order. Customer care executive hung up at 11:14pm saying he will get back in 5 mins after check with seniors.
I am really very upset and its ok if I dnt get a refund, but will ensure that I never buy anything from Ovenstory and will also be a detractor..
