Ordered a pizza online on 5/11/19. After waiting for nearly 45 mins, they called and told me they would be cancelling my order as the branch which was supposed to deliver was closed. My order id 34623401 . The amount hasn't been refunded yet. They don't even have a proper customer care to address public grievances. The website is really bad. They shouldn't take orders online if they can't deliver it and they should have informed me sooner. The lack of customer care support made things irritating Was this information helpful? |
