Ovenstory — they neither delivered in the promised time and then they canceled it n they din even refund

I ordered from phone pay switch app on saturday n it was assured that within 45 mins it will b delivered n den i got a cal after sometime saying it will b delayed by 2 hours so i said cancel it den... They din refund my amount till now n today it’s monday n i tried calling back n now the number is switched off... Worst n fraud company i’ve ever seen
